Patient and helpful staff at TPT
I rang TPT today for help in finding a document on line. Paula was extremely helpful and very patient with me as I was quite slow in moving from page to page and she kept reassuring me that there was no rush and that she had plenty of time to help me. Thank you Paula!

DO NOT TRUST TPT
Mis-managed my pension funds and been going through thier complaints procedure for over two years. They do not communicate and don't respond to emails or calls.
Have reported to my MP and due to report to the MP again and the Prime Ministers Office.
I have sent the same email internally so there can be no doubt who I am and whose funds you treated negligently.
I had a previous trust pilot review taken down by TPT, how sneaky of them. Do not trust this company.
Update: No suprise, I have still not heard anything from TPT a week later but have emailed your escalation email you provided below with the hope of a miracle that someone at TPT actually cares about investing customers money in the wrong funding pots.

Good afternoon, Mr Knight.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with such a prolonged and frustrating complaints process, this is not the level of service we aim to provide.
I have shared your complaint with the relevant managers. In the meantime, please email escalation@my.tpt.co.uk with your full name and reference number so the team can locate your case and review the matter promptly.
Kind regards
