Seems very odd insuring a non Toyota or Lexus branded vehicle with Toyota Insurance but the price was very competitive I must say. Hopefully I won't need their services.

A competitive quote via Go Compare website. The policy suits my needs following a phone call to confirm certain cover, so I was very pleased with the policy which I purchased via Go Compare.

I had difficulty printing off my insurance certificate and phoned up, your member of staff could not be more helpful she sent a PDF copy to my email address. The other documents are being sent to me by post.

Thank you for your review.

I am sorry to did not see the cancellation notification.

If we enforce a cancellation, the terms of the policy are that we must give at least 7 days' notice in writing to the last known address.

As we have no control over the postal service time frame for the delivery, the notification is also sent via email, to ensure the notification is received in advance of the cancellation date.

Our complaints team will be in touch to explain how you can escalate your concerns.

Very good price but beware of when you change the date because they will take payment on the date you speak to someone and your date will be on that date and not your renewal date.

If you accept your renewal early, payment will be collected straight away. If the policy is not set to renew automatically, for your security, we are unable to hold onto card details to process payment on the renewal date.
