The test of good insurance is all about what happens when you make a claim. This was my first ever claim on my car insurance and the staff at YOUI were super helpful and polite (and based in Australia). The claim process and assessment of damage were both quick and simple. The repair shop was 40km from home which was a bit inconvenient and I had to wait a month to get it in for repair, but the outcome was excellent and it was worth the wait to get my car back in pristine condition.

Christian was empathetic and understanding from when I first lodged my claim to when the claim was accepted. He was informative about the process and gave me realistic expectations about my claim. I was impressed by his customer service and efficiency.

I talked to real people who polite, empathetic and super helpful.

Efficient and friendly, easy to understand. I was surprised with the lack of service providers, none in the Southern Highlands (Moss Vale 2577), 40 to 50 min drive to nearest.

Cheap insurance as they find fine-print reasons to deny claims. Assume your uninsured with these guys

I was very happy with Nicks performance and professional attitude in explaining the details of my policy. There was a large difference between a policy I took out 3 weeks prior for virtually the same vehicle and I questioned as to why? Unfortunately he couldn't answer, other than to say, being a slightly newer model car, it could be due to cost of parts and repairs if I had to make a claim.

I had two cars insured with another insurer for over 10 years. Their premiums kept going up and when I requested a better premium on renewal as a recognition of customer loyalty it fell on deaf ears.
I checked with Youi and saved almost $400 on the two cars with sone better benefits. The agent Roo was rxceptional

Great job Youi. My Rav4 windscreen was changed by O'Brien Autoglass for $50. Luckily I had put $50 excess for windscreen and luckily it was pointed out by the Youi consultant me during the quote discussion.
