Nesesito salir de esto que ya no me descuenten mi dinero

Estoy esperando hace días un reembolso por membresía errónea y me han tramitado demasiado a demás de que me están cobrando un costo adicional porque? no tengo la menor idea.

I was unaware of a membership fee. It should have been stated from the beginning.

Well, my issue was not resolved yet and I have not yet fully refunded yet but the customer service representative immediately got back to me as soon as I sent the email

was suppose to get a car seat and it turned into a member ship complete scam

I wasn’t aware of the amount of money being charge as the membership but Brenda was nicely to help with my case and return the money

User Beware:

They said they would refund me if I did this review for a purchase that I did not authorize. It's hard to say if I'm satisfied until I receive the refund, but I have to submit review prior so they can "close the case".

Edited to add, they refused to do a refund on the unauthorized charges because my review wasn't 4 or 5 stars. I am keeping the one star review and letting my financial institution handle the rest. Be careful.

Updating this review for a third time because now they're threatening to remove it if I don't. This company is a joke. I'm glad my bank handled the return, but I did have to cancel my card. Such a hassle for something that I didn't authorize to begin with.

It was a scam I thought I was signing up for a product from Hobby Lobby

Alero was very prompt in getting back with me and solving my problem! Five stars to the escalation team!!

I ordered off of LOVEHONEY, 2 mystery boxes. And after I paid it brought me to you crest website. I have been arguing with customer service for far too long, shared the link that I ordered off of and everything. Explained it's creepy and unethical that a children's store is tied to this and still no refund due to "policy's". One I didn't order from your sight, not even the gift card they're saying I ordered. Two if I'm showing you proof why am I not getting my money back?? Needless to say I believe your sight is a fraud.
