I had a negative experience with this company. I thought I had made a one time purchase, only to eventually have 3 debits from my account in less than 3 weeks. I received no information about the purchase, just additional debits. I accept partial responsibility, because I ignored a fraud alert from my bank, because I truly believed your company was operating in good faith. I just want to forget this interaction ever happened.

I didn't like the fact that they went into my checking account without asking me first That's the only thing that I did not like but I would like what I ordered and I think it was my Skechers shoes and if I like the shoes and if your product is good product then I would shop with you and I don't mind joining for $7.99 but I don't like the fact that people just do what they want to do to people's account

Eric was helpful and ensured I would get my refund back from filling out the survey to get two large flatscreen smart tvs and they proceeded to charge me for a subscription or something of the nature, then took my money, didn’t send the televisions, and proceeded to attempt to charge my car for another rapid pop up screen that I saw was the same price in which they tried to charge my card. I’m not sure what this company does exactly, but I hope my refund comes back quick. It’s been a while.

Though I was angerly using words to complain about what happened that my card was used by someone tricked me buying him gift card then took advantage getting purchased products the company response was wise and fast dealing with and kindly considered the case with fair measures decided to re refund amount to my cards they deserved all trust and respect for their reactions to my case .. thank you
