Tour Alanya Arvostelua 

We booked the 4-in-1 tour, and the whole experience was a huge waste of money and felt like a complete rip-off.
We arrived after a 3-hour journey, even though we were told nothing about the journey taking 3 hours instead of the advertised 1.5 hours. Once we arrived, nobody even paid any attention to us. We waited for around 30 minutes before we finally found out what was going on.
There was no choice between a buggy and a quad, despite this being advertised as an option. We were given a buggy for about 10–15 minutes, and we had to drive very slowly in a line on a designated track. That was it.
After returning, we had to wait for more than another 30 minutes. Then they took us to the zipline. I have to mention that the person who put my harness on didn't even know how to put it on properly. My boyfriend and I actually had to show him how it should be done and how the harness should sit on me. When they took the harnesses off at the end, they even complained that we had tightened them ourselves. Of course we did — it was safer that way, because they clearly didn't know how to secure it properly.
The zipline itself took about 15 minutes including waiting in line, followed by another 1.5 hours of waiting.
Then they served us lunch. They put the food directly onto our plates, but by the time we got it, it was cold, dry and tasteless. After that, we had to wait again.
They then gave everyone helmets. They literally just threw a helmet at each person without checking whether it fit. The helmet they gave me was far too big for my head and was completely useless, but apparently it was just “take this one and that's it.”
Then they took us to the starting point of the rafting. Later we found out that this short drive was supposedly the “jeep tour” — just a few minutes on a rocky road leading to the rafting starting point.
I have been rafting before, and this was nowhere near an actual rafting experience. We basically just sat in the boat while people splashed water at each other. We were even told not to paddle and to wait for the next boat so they could splash us with freezing cold water.
There was absolutely no real rafting experience involved.
The whole day was mostly waiting, poor organization, and activities that were much shorter and completely different from what was advertised. We feel like we were simply taken there to get as much money out of us as possible.
A complete rip-off and a very disappointing experience. I absolutely do NOT recommend this tour to anyone.

Rafting sounded like a good idea. The website says it'll take 10 hours, from 8:30 to 18:30.
The ride to get here was 3 hours from Alanya, which is to be expected. When we arrived the was a lot of confusion, but we were told to just wait.
Finally someone starts naming the guests and we go to pay. We were promised a 2 person canoe for 40 euro, but when I get to pay he keeps trying to make me pay extra "it's a canoe, it's extra". Yes I know it's extra, the original price was 30 euro, and I'm giving you 40.
I don't pay him extra, but I needed to prove the WhatsApp conversations.

Whatever, I won't let that ruin my day.
We then go rafting from 12 to 14 which was pretty fun, although me and my wife were hungry.

They give us some food at the end, and then were told to wait at least 2 hours??

Alright, maybe we can still be home by 18:30.
I write customer support, but they just tell us not to worry, we will be home my 19:00 at least.

Alright, we won't worry.
But it took us 3 hours to get here, so it'll probably take 3 hours to get back.

Now it's 5:30, all we have been doing is waiting for hours! We are thirsty and all that's here is overpriced water?

Wir haben von Konakli aus die Bootstour auf dem Manavgat gemacht, anschließend zum ersten Bazar, danach zur Wasserfall (klei, aber wirklich sehenswert !!!) und weiter zum zweiten Bazar (wo man super shoppen konnte). Die Abholung erfolgte pünktlich im klimatisierten Bus mit Bezahlung im Bus. Bei der Bootsfahrt wehte einem angenehm der Wind um die Nase, Getränke und Mittagessen waren all in. Unser Reiseführer Nejou hat uns überall genügend Zeit gelassen, egal ob beim Baden, schauen und shoppen. Ebenso hat er auf Englisch und Deutsch alles gut erklärt. Alles in allem ein langer, aber sehr schöner und lohnenswerter Ausflug, den wir definitiv weiter empfehlen können.

1 Stern – Irreführende Werbung und enttäuschender Ausflug

Leider war unsere Erfahrung mit diesem Anbieter äußerst enttäuschend.

Wir haben diesen Ausflug ausschließlich gebucht, weil in der Werbung ein bestimmter Wasserpark mit einem Lazy River und zahlreichen Rutschen abgebildet war. Vor Ort wurden wir jedoch zu einem komplett anderen Wasserpark gebracht, der deutlich kleiner war und nicht den Bildern oder der Beschreibung entsprach.

Laut Werbung sollte es sich um den größten Wasserpark mit 24 Rutschen und 11 Pools handeln. Tatsächlich gab es dort nur etwa 10–15 Rutschen und zwei Pools. Das war definitiv nicht das, wofür wir bezahlt haben.

Zusätzlich verlief die Organisation sehr unprofessionell. Wir wurden etwa eine Stunde später als angekündigt abgeholt und mussten den Wasserpark auch rund eine Stunde früher wieder verlassen. Dadurch hatten wir deutlich weniger Zeit als versprochen.

Auch das im Preis enthaltene Essen war von sehr schlechter Qualität. Mein Freund hat es gar nicht erst gegessen, ich selbst nur einen kleinen Teil. Die Verpflegung hatte für uns kaum einen Wert und entsprach keinesfalls dem Preis, den wir bezahlt haben.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Kundenservice. Anstatt Verständnis für unsere berechtigte Beschwerde zu zeigen, wurde sehr unfreundlich reagiert. Wir wollten keine vollständige Rückerstattung, sondern lediglich eine angemessene Teilrückerstattung, da die gebuchte Leistung offensichtlich nicht der Werbung entsprach. Selbst darauf wurde nicht eingegangen.

Wir haben zahlreiche Screenshots der ursprünglichen Werbung sowie der Abholzeiten, die unsere Aussagen belegen.

Unser Eindruck ist, dass die Werbung irreführend war und Erwartungen geweckt hat, die vor Ort nicht erfüllt wurden. Aus diesem Grund können wir diesen Anbieter leider nicht empfehlen und möchten andere Reisende davor warnen, sich ausschließlich auf die beworbenen Bilder und Beschreibungen zu verlassen.

Wir haben eine fishing Tour gebucht mit Baden, der Kapitän sprach nur türkisch total ungebildet in einem Tourismus Gebiet sollte man mindestens eine zweite Sprache sprechen,das Boot war dreckig und für Touristische Zwecke ungeeignet , ein Sessel war kaputt und man sollte ab und zu Reperaturen machen .
Also nach 10 Minuten war das erste Baden und danach sind wir nurmehr in ein Meter hohen Wellen gefahren uns würde allen 4 schlecht und gefischt haben wir mit dem Finger quasi schleppen , der Kapitän war während der Fahrt nur mit Tik tok und sozial Media beschäftigt 100 Euro haben wir Anzahlung geleistet und eigentlich sollten wir 4 Stunden fahren haben dann gesagt wir wollen zurück und zahlen nur die Hälfte von 200 Euro .
Das Boot auf den Bildern hat wie neu ausgesehen in Realität 40 Jahre später .
Also sucht Leute nicht besser nur im Internet oder im Hotel beim zuständigen Reiseleiter da sind die Preise auch in Ordnung.
Dieses Reise unternehmen macht abzocke auf dem höchsten Niveau.

In general:
The communication and booking with Emin was always fast, friendly and uncomplicated. I received answers within a very short time.
Payment is always made in cash.

Land of Legends Nightshow:
We were picked up on time and taken back to the hotel. The driver couldn't speak English. But I have to say I felt safe at all times. He was a good driver.

Salda Lake and Pamukkale day tour:
First of all, if you are fit and keep in mind that the tour starts late at night and goes until late in the evening, this is the right tour. I was picked up on time and went on to a large bus. From there the long way to Salda Lake. Unfortunately, we only had 1 hour there including breakfast. I felt it was a bit short. We then went on to a gemstone factory and wine tasting. I wouldn't have needed that and would have preferred to spend the whole 1 hour elsewhere, but oh well. Then we went to Pamukkale. Food and entrance tickets were included in the price. You only have to pay for drinks yourself.
I would like to praise my tour guide Olga! She was more than friendly, always up for a laugh, was always on hand to answer questions and gave us tips on the best places to walk, take photos etc. It was a pleasure to meet her. It was a pleasure to have met her and to enjoy the day with her!

We hadden een snorkelexcursie geboekt. Bleek dat het een duikexcursie was waardoor we maar op 2 plaatsen zijn gestopt. Dit vond ik enorm teleurstellend. Lunch was wel heel lekker.

Unzuverlässig, schlecht organisiert und nicht zu empfehlen!
Wir haben 3 Touren bei Tour Alanya gebucht...erste war okay- viele Stopps bis alle gesammelt wurden, gut, hab verstanden.
Zweite Tour: etwas gebucht und was anderes bekommen obwohl mir würde schriftlich mitgeteilt das Sapadere Canyon geschlossen ist..Zeit verloren bis dorthin weil angeblich soll an dem Tag erst wieder geöffnet sein. Wir haben gebucht Dim FLUSS ( nur Mittagessen ) und Dim Cave.
Dritter Tour: bekommen um 21:16 Uhr über WhatsApp Nachrichten das wir werden 25 Minuten früher abgeholt ( keine Zeit was zu Frühstück oder was mitzunehmen, ich schreibe auch so da in unsere Hotel kann ab 8 Uhr was frühstücken, hab ein kleines Kind die muss was essen)- als Antwort komm absagen ? , ich sag nein ich möchte gerne hin aber kann nicht so früh, 5 bis 10 Minuten kann ich verstehen aber 25 Minuten früher? hätten mindestens früher was gesagt- könnte man vom Abendessen was einpacken.

Waren heute mit meinem Mann das erste Mal auf einer Tour in der Türkei. Waren insgesamt 12 Personen auf der Tour + Guide und Fahrer.

Tatjana der Tourguide, war sehr professionell und hat alles besten gestaltet und geplant. Sehr sympathisch von Ihrer Art :)

Die Tour fing bei einer alten Moschee mit den Knopfhäusern an, wo früher vor einigen hundert Jahren die Seidenstraße durchlief.

Der zweite Halt war das Mittagessen. Kurz vor Altenbesik in einem Restaurant Namens „Montenegro“, dort gab es leckeres einheimisches Essen - man konnte zwischen Hühnchen mit Reis oder frischem Fisch wählen. Vorab gab es Suppe mit selbst gemachtem Fladenbrot und einen kleinem frischen Salat. Getränke waren exklusiv, aber preiswert (kann den selbst gemachten Ayran empfehlen :) sehr lecker).

Der dritte und letzte Halt war die Altinbesik Höhle, was wirklich atemberaubend war. Der Paddler vom Boot hat viele Infos zu der Höhle gegeben und zwischendurch kleine Späße gemacht - sehr lockere Atmosphäre.

Weiterhin einen großen Lob an die Fahrkünste des Fahrers. Der Fahrer hat uns wohlbehalten durch die Bergpässe gebracht, da die Strecke echt nicht leicht zu durchfahren ist.

Fazit: Wir sind positiv von unserer ersten Tour überrascht und würden es weiterempfehlen.

We booked last minute tour in April 2025 from Belek Antalya and the response was very prompt and professional. Tour covered jeep safari, rafting, zip line and koprulu national park with lunch included. Great work by Mehmet and his team. Highly recommend this company 👍

Went to Alanya last week and I was quite nervous about booking activities/excursions since it was my first time. The prices are SO reasonable and I was so happy! I booked a land of legends night tour visit which gave me so much time to explore and eat, a parasailing visit, and a hamam visit. The transfers were amazing and very attentive, and the agent that I was talking to so that I could arrange all of this was really attentive. I'm so happy with the activities and I will definitely use them again!

I did KEKOVA-MYRA-DEMRE tour through this company. My tour guide Julian was extremely knowledgeable and hard working. She provided excellent information and history about all sites in Russian and English, well balanced and justified way with taking care that none of these language speaking audience should be unhappy. I also realised she is extremely caring too. Thank you very much. Only one observation,bus internal conditions, seats etc need refurbishing, although driver Yasir was very good.

Booked with Emin through whatsApp Alanya 4in1 adventure package(family of 5) and agreed to pay by card on the day of the tour.The day started with 20 min delays waiting in front of our hotel.Once the driver arrived we asked again by showing him the card if we can pay by card as we don’t have that much cash ,he replied yes ok!yes ok!restaurant!!!…as he couldn’t speak English.
Once we arrived there we were told that we can pay only by cash.I showed them my booking and conversation with Emin over WhatsApp and they found an excuse that machine not working.I have contacted this guy Emin explained him the situation but he didn’t bother at all so we had no choice and we paid by cash when back at the hotel and we had to use this highly fees Atm’s which charge us 1k Turkish Lira for the amount we had to pay .I will highly recommend to everyone to bring cash and not to use this cash machines in Turkey, ripping off tourists
About the tour

Rafting was amazing experience and I will highly recommend
Buggy safari was also great experience, expect to get very very dirty and I will recommend to bring your own scarf and glasses as they will charge you £6 euro and they make on purpose to buy from them as we were told to leave absolutely all of our staff inside the bus so we had to get them otherwise is impossible to drive on the muddy tracks.Also on their website says this safari will take approximately 45 min.A big lie as our took only 20-25 min

Jeep Safari also very short maximum 20 min with a stop for some pictures for 2-3 min and we were taken from the restaurant up to the rafting start point so no jeep safari (another lie)

Zip line
Even my kids not impressed so don’t expect much adrenaline
I will recommend this activities to everyone as it is lots of fun but not with this company.Their website info about duration of this activities is wrong it only takes half of the time written there.

Don' sign up for Alanya Fishing Tour!
Crappy equipment that mostly resembles kids rods, no echosond onboard or any real interest to find fish, non-English speaking crew that will.not offer any instructions or useful information, and you will be so disappointed!

We booked a 3-day tour of Capadoccia from Alanya. We were happy with everything. It started timely with an excellent and experienced guide (with name Metin). The transport vehicle was a Mercedes minibus; comfortable but of course you feel all the bumps on the road (as is usually the with minibusses). The driver was driving safely.
The hotel (Taşkin hotel in Ürgüp) was a 3-star hotel which was very nice; new building, clean, great breakfast and dinner, friendly and helpful staff, and nice swimming pool. We visited most major touristic places. The price of 130 Euro per person was very reasonable.

Nicht buchen, eine Stunde gewartet. Keine kam, ausreden ausreden.... Durften angeblich nicht ins Hotel. Zum Glück nicht vorher gezahlt. Urlaubszeit verloren.

Das war so schlecht organisiert, ständig irgendwo rum gestanden und auf andere gewartet. Dann endlich los gefahren und dann wieder mal angehalten um überteuerte Wasserpistolen zu verkaufen um anschließend auch noch Wasser dafür zu verkaufen. Kurzes Stück weiter wieder zu den Ständen gebracht worden, Tour war schlecht, sind mittendrin mit dem Taxi nach Hause gefahren! Kann diese Firma niemals empfehlen!!!

Jeep trip was excellent. Pick up on time. Kids really loved it
