Odbiór z hotelu punktualnie. Na statku bardzo słaba atmosfera w porównaniu z innymi wycieczkami w Turcji. Wszyscy rzuceni jak jeden worek - słaby angielski... W drodze powrotnej brak miejsca w busie bo postanowili zabrać ruskich z innego hotelu!!! A najgorsze jest to że od kiedy ta firma otrzymała mój nr tel zaczęły mi się połączenia z całym światem! Nie polecam i radzę nie dać się kusić niższą ceną...

They charged us for a boat tour 200 tl more each. Transfer should come to our hotel but we walked to the boat without saying anything.

Wir hatten für 5 Personen land of legends Abendshow gebucht, ca. 2 Stunden vor der Abholung kam eine WhatsApp das wir 45 Minuten früher abgeholt werden, hatte nur zufällig auf mein Handy geschaut.
Der Fahrer hat während der Fahrt permanent telefoniert so das wir uns nicht sicher fühlten, bei der hinfahrt hat er sich verfahren, bei der Rückfahrt ein falsches Hotel angefahren was gar nicht geht.
Übrigens hat die Show nicht stattgefunden so das wir nur etwas spazieren gehen konnten.
Nie wieder!!!

Foutieve informatie op website, reageren niet op negatieve feedback. Alleen maar geld innen maar geen klachten oplossen

Ich muss mich leider den negativen Bewertungen anschließen.
Wir hatten vor Reisebeginn einen Ausflug gebucht. 46€ für 2 Erwachsene 1 Kind. Freitags hätte der Ausflug stattfinden sollen. Dienstag angereist alles gut. Donnerstag kam eine Nachricht Ausflug muss verschoben werden auf Montags wegen Regen in der Sapadere Schlucht. Wir ok dann am Montag. Bestätigung folgte sofort. Sonntag dann die Nachricht Ausflug sei für 46€ nicht möglich, Sie müssen neue Preise machen 120€ für 2 Erwachsene 1 Kind. Wir meinten es sei für diesen Ausflug sehr teuer aber wir wären bereit 70€ zu bezahlen. Darauf wurde von Minister Tours kommentarlos storniert.
Wir waren 9 Nächte dort wollten 2 Ausflüge machen und dank Minister Tours sind es 0 geworden weil so schnell je kein Ersatz gefunden werden konnte.
Aber zum Glück war unser Hotel Alaiye Resort Super und wir konnten uns dort eine schöne Zeit machen und nach Alanya sind wir halt mit dem Bus.

I deeply regret not checking the reviews before booking — they say everything about this awful company. Minister Tours is a complete scam.

We booked a trip to Ephesus from Kuşadası and were told to wait outside our hotel at 7:00 AM. We waited for two hours, but no one showed up. During that time, we tried to contact every possible number — no one answered the phone or replied to our messages.

After two hours, when we finally decided to make other plans so we wouldn’t waste the entire day, we received a WhatsApp message saying the driver could come in 30 minutes. We agreed to wait, as it was our last day of holiday and we really wanted to see Ephesus.

When the transport finally arrived, the guide was extremely rude , he was insisting that we had received a message about the delay, which was not true. Raising his voice at us and saying things like “if you don’t like it, you can get off.” Despite being told earlier that we could pay by card, this turned out to be false — they only accepted cash, and we hadn’t been informed properly. And because of that, the guide dropped us off outside the city, far from our hotel, refused to take us back to our jotel, and kept shouting at us the whole time. It was unbelievably disrespectful, and at moments we genuinely felt intimidated and unsafe.
No one deserves to be treated this way. This company completely ruined our day and our last impression of Turkey. Avoid Minister Tours at all costs.

Firstly and before all, I would rather give 0 star to this very low and poor paragliding company/club, than 1 star.

Do not trust what you could read on their website because what they wrote and the reality is 2 totally different things.

We were supposed to fly 30 minutes, then they said 20 minutes and at the end I flew only 15 minutes and my girlfriend only 11 minutes, some other people did not have that " chance ", they could only fly a few minutes...
They also talked about security check and some speech before the fly, well it has never happened which is super scary and dangerous, for example when we took off, I thought we were gonna fall and get hurt.

What's more, they also wrote and talked about photos and one video, there was no single photo and the video was only recorded a few minutes during the entire fly, when actually it must had lasted the duration of the fly, so from the beginning to the end.

Of course and as expected from such individuals, when we (I organized a little revolution, in order for others to follow me also because it was very unfair for everyone) confronted them to these facts and truths, they denied and found excuses (one of them was even ready to fight... and it is not a joke, believe me).

We wanted a discount because half of what they had promised was missing, however they said "don't give me money, I don't want, I don't make discounts, so leave and don't pay me", obviously it was a pathetic strategy to trick us and get us in trouble with the police.

During the argument and once again as expected from those people, they tried to sow discord between us and to add words that did not make any sense to us and etc. They dared to say "we welcomed you to our country and are hospitable to you guys !", well yes of course, that's why almost everyone tries to scam tourists (sometimes even their people (Turkish)).

Finally, we kinda found a compromise, we only gave 50€ x 2, so 100€ instead of 65€ x 2 = 130€.
They really deserved half price even less, since they did not keep their words but I couldn't act so for personal reasons.

When you travel to a country like this one, you gotta be ready to face : scams & scammers, fakes & fakers, thefts & thieves, indeed I am not generalizing but come on, it represents a pretty big number, therefore sooner or later you will make your own opinion and I am sure you might find some good people as we also found but be always careful and never forget that you can negociate litterally everything (almost).

Antalya Tour.....hatte schon einigemale über Minister Tours gebucht...war immer alles gut soweit.Aber die Antalya Tour war so gar nix. 2 reine Verkaufsveranstaltungen die so gar niemand interessiert hatten..Guide war top!! Aber alles andere flop!! Auf waths ap wurde gar nicht reagiert ...schade

Szybka rezerwacja i kontakt jeszcze z Polski, duży plus, że bez zaliczki, wszystko można było zapłacić w trakcie Safari Jeep. Kierowca punktualnie stał o wyznaczonej godzinie pod hotelem, aby nas odebrać. Oczywiście na duży minus to ten wszechobecny rosyjski - przewodnik też tylko po rosyjsku ale ogólnie cała Turcja oszalała na tym punkcie, już nawet przestają zagadywać po angielsku i ta rosyjska muzyka.

Nie polecam tej firmy, zakupiłam wycieczkę na 5 wysp w Bodrum, w tym Orak, do której wcale nie popłynęliśmy. Opis wycieczki w internecie nie zgadza się z rzeczywistością. Na statku pracują dzieci! Cena w Internecie inna niż ta, którą musiałam zapłacić. Transfer opóźniony o 40 minut, zero komunikacji, ponieważ nikt nie mówił po angielsku, skierowano mnie na wielki statek pirat, którego specjalnie chciałam uniknąć ze względu na głośną muzykę. Dla mnie to oszustwo, na wysyłane wiadomości ze skargą nie reagują.

Skuffende og misvisende fisketur hold jer væk!

Vi bestilte en fisketur gennem Minister Tours via deres hjemmeside, hvor det blev præsenteret som en professionel tur med en ny båd, godt fiskeudstyr og mulighed for at fange større fisk.

Virkeligheden var desværre noget helt andet. Vi blev hentet og kørt ud til en gammel, slidt båd, som allerede var fyldt med 20+ mennesker. Der var ingen ordentlig plads, ingen æggehuller til stænger eller moderne udstyr kun billige pirkestænger og helt uegnede forhold til at fiske efter større fisk, som vi var blevet lovet.

Det hele føltes som spild af tid. Vi fik ikke den oplevelse, vi havde booket og glædet os til. Og vi måtte selv finde transport hjem for at redde resten af dagen.

Alt i alt er det virksomheden sælger noget helt andet, end det de leverer. Vi blev snydt og det vil jeg gerne advare andre mod.

Vi havde bestilt en privat bådtur til kun vores familie hvor vi skulle ud og fiske med spin og godt fiskegrej. Da vi så kommer der ud, tidligt om morgen holder der en gammel båd som ikke er det sammen som lovet på hjemmesiden.
Derefter kommer der fyldt med mennesker, så det der skulle være en privat bådtur med godt fiske grej var en stor løjn.

Finger weg von diesem Anbieter, wir (6personen) sollten abgeholt werden und wurden stundenlang vertröstet dass wir abgeholt werden. Am ende war unser Tag gelaufen und wir hatten nichts von dem Tag.

Paid deposit for deep sea fishing in Kemer, photos show all the proper gear and fishing boats for catching mahi mahi, tuna etc. we have done the same thing in many countries when we can it’s always been a blast! we was told we would be sent to kemer port for the fishing trip and when we arrived we was on a small beach and had to jump into a wooden boat from the water, some old fishing rods that had been pulled out of a cupboard somewhere and not a real fishing boat. We got absolutely scammed for £500. Went back to MinisterTours and they ignored all further messages

Ich würde es absolut keinem Empfehlen, habe bereits zwei mal gebucht, das erste mal wurde die Tour abgesagt und beim zweiten mal hieß 06:30 Start daraus wurde es aber 08:30.
Es ist eine Absolute Frechheit das erst um 06:25 Uhr dir Tour dann um 2 Stunden verschoben wurde.

Co poszło nie tak😱...wszystko...pobrali oplate za dziecu pomimi tego że nie miały ukonczine 6 lat....buz przyjechsl bez klimatyzacji z podluczona szyba z pezodu pi czym kierowca w polowie drigu przypomnial sobue ze nue zabeal gosci z hotely obok nas i zawrocil nie informujac nas o tym.Sam rejs porazka mual byc pirat, animacje dla dzieci...a byly tylko skoki do wody pezez 2 chlopcowi i imiracja piana party....po zakonczeniu bus czekał ale na koncu deptaka ....z dziecmi w sluncu ...porazka🙈...szukajcie innego biura...

Jak najbardziej z czystym sumieniem polecam biuro Minister Tours Support 3, wszystko było dograne w każdym szczególe, odbiór z hotelu, i powrót, rejs statkiem trwał 5 godzin, z bardzo dobrym posiłkiem, i atrakcją - tańce w pianie, przez cały rejs grała fajna muza, załoga statku dokładała wszelkich starań, aby wszyscy czuli się dobrze, i byli zadowoleni, widoki przepiękne , a cena nie zwala z nóg, polecamy .

6.09.2024 zarezerwowałam wycieczkę na wyspę Sulu Ada. Przedstawiciel przesłał mi potwierdzenie na whats up z dogadanymi szczegółami m. in. nazwa hotelu z którego mieliśmy być odebrani. Kolejno 19.10 zabokowalismy do tej samej wycieczki jeszcze dwie osoby. Również otrzymaliśmy potwierdzenie. Dzień przed wycieczka ok. godziny 13ej dostaje informacje z przypomnieniem o odbiorze spod hotelu dnia następnego. Kolejno ok godziny 17ej kolejna wiadomość od Minister Tpurs z prośbą o przesłanie lokalizacji hotelu (mimo, że kilkukrotnie od kilku miesięcy takowa informacje otrzymali), jak również dostałam potwierdzenie że strony organizatora wycieczki, że wszystkie dane się zgadzaja. Niestety okazało się, że organizatorowi POMYLIŁ SIĘ HOTEL 😅 i nagle cena jest prawie drukrotnie wyzsza oraz wycieczki w danym dniu nie ma. Nie ma jak to dostać jedna wycenę, kilka potwierdzeń (kolejne po zmianie ilości uczestnikow) a kilkanaście godzin przed planowana wycieczka spotkać się z aż takim brakiem profesjonalizmu. NIE POLECAM NIE KOMPETENTNA I NIEPOWAŻNA FIRMA!

Very bad experience. We booked a tour back in August, departing from Izmir in October and we got a confirmation via email. I became suspicious of this dodgy company after sending emails asking about our pick up time a few days before the tour and didn't get any reply. I again contacted via phone when in Turkey one day before the tour. Answer was that they don't do this tour from Izmir. When pointing out that I have the booking confirmation, there was no reaction. No apology, nothing. Trip is still being advertised on their website as I'm writing this review. Unbelievable! Be careful, don't fall for their tricks.
