Do not buy! We took this in London. Muhammad Mohsin sold us tickets for the next day and did not share the restrictions! Plus. 3 big red buses have already passed while we are still waiting for ours. Hard lesson learned.

After asking the time of a full tour it took 3 not 2 hours with constant extended stops

Absolutely abysmal company with shocking customer service. We were left stranded in the city centre, whilst atleast 50 other tour buses passed us. The staff member on site could only tell us ‘there was a gap in the buses’.

Because of our hour wait, after regretfully getting off one of their buses, we were then met with traffic, which caused even more delays. We didn’t get to finish a single route, let alone the other one we paid for.

I made the company aware we were dissatisfied, as they had sold us the ticket with the information that the bus would be at the stop every 15 or so minutes. This was far from the truth, and because of it, we didn’t get the experience we paid for. I kindly requested a partial refund, having spent £70 on two tickets but receiving not even a 1/3 of the service we paid for, I hoped they would see their fault. However they have simply refused to honour any refund, stating they don’t do them. It is quite literally against the law to not offer a refund for a service that was not as described.

Absolutely avoid at all costs. They’re liars and thieves. Much better companies out there, that offer the same tours but with much better reliability and customer service.

Waited for 40 minutes at one of the stops on the landmarks tour with no sign of a tour bus coming. Walked for half an hour with a young child to get to a stop on the park and palace tour and again waited 30 minutes with no bus, had to pay Big Bus (£20 cheaper) and use their service instead. I’m £91 out of pocket with no service provided by top view. They have ignored the messages that I’ve sent. Very poor service. Pay on the bus instead, cheaper and you can pick a company with buses.

The amount of time waiting for a bus from them by that time 5 buses from each rivals companies went past 😡Employees just interested to get you on the bus. 😩
Quite frankly their service is not recommendable😢

Sadly disappointed. We hopped on the blue line this morning at 11, and spent 4 hours on the blue and red line busses. The audio was largely pointless with probably 10-15 minutes of talking while classic rock was rest of thr time. As a Canadian I who hadn’t been to London before I sadly learned nothing. I learned more in the 15-20 minute boat ride than the four hours on the busses.

I can’t believe how bad this bus tour is. Especially for the price. We were a family with 3 children and two adults and we waited each time we ‘hopped off’ for well over 40 mins on each occasion. what a waste of time. better to get the 157!!!!!

There were too many stops along both red and blue routes . Long periods of time waiting at bus stops. The recorded audio was out of sync with the bus , so you passed the building / statue of interest without knowing and too late to take pictures . The drivers were not smooth and very erratic in driving with harsh braking . The view of Big Ben and Houses of Parliament was behind the bus and not the best view at all . Would not recommend as a tour company for London attractions / places of interest

Really enjoyed the landmark hop on and off. Got to see all the sights we wanted. Went to find the park and palace route and walked for miles and could not come across the bus stops required. There was no bus stops sign posted next to all the guidance given. So disappointed.

Waited for over 25minutes with our family of 3little kids for a bus. Once the bus came into view it simply passed us and skipped the bus stop.
Contacted costumer support for this issue. This experience was poor and they refused to offer either a discount or refund.
This is a poor provider please use another service.

Driver have made a stop at westminster abby, informed us next TV bus will be from this exact spot. Never have seen another bus from this treinwreck of a bussines. My inlaws visiting me first time since 2015, they really wanted to see london and your joke of a company ruined that for my 60+ parents.

AFTER TAKING MONEY FOR THEIR "SERVICE" yOU GOT NO SUPPORT, NO WAY TO RING THEM, PEOPLE SELLING TICKETS OUTSIDE FIRST STOP AS SOON THEY KNOW YOU GOT THE TICKET YOU STOP EXISTING. i WILL MAKE SURE TO PUT UP THIS REVIEW EVERYWHERE i CAN.

NOT ALL TOURS ARE HOP ON HOP OFF. When you show up at your bus stop to take the bus their reps could careless about helping you and almost run away when mobbed by pissed off customers. Terrible customer service experience.

Wir haben uns für dieses Unternehmen entschieden weil der Tour Guide sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war und sehr auf unsere Fragen und wünsche eingegangen ist. Es wurde sehr einfach erklärt und auch wenn wir an anderen Haltestellen nicht weiter wussten, wurde uns sofort geholfen auch wenn unser Englisch nicht das beste war. Die Busverbindungen waren sehr gut, wir haben nie länger als 10 Minuten auf den nächsten Bus gewartet und hatten eigentlich immer freie Platzwahl auch auf der oberen Etage des Busses. Es gab Kopfhörer wo man sich eine Stadtführung auch auf Deutsch anhören konnte, wobei der britische Humor auch hier gut übersetzt wurde :)
Wir hatten auch die Möglichkeit ein Kombiticket für 3 Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erwerben und bekamen hier auch Rabatt und zudem mussten wir nie anstehen weil wir mit diesem Kombiticket überall priority line waren! Wir haben durch die 2 Buslinien (blau und rot) sehr viel von London gesehen!
Alle Mitarbeiter und Busfahrer waren stets freundlich und sehr humorvoll, sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

I recently took the Top View Bus Tour of London, and while the views of the city were fantastic, there were a few things that could be better. The bus itself had a weird damp smell, which was a bit off-putting. Also, the traffic was absolutely terrible – we spent hours creeping along, barely covering any ground.
That said, the driver was a superstar. He was really upfront about the traffic, and he did a great job navigating the crazy roads. The only other downside was that it was freezing cold on the bus. Also, I'd like to mention the ticket sellers. They were really friendly and helpful, especially since I bought my tickets from the street seller near Tower Bridge.
Overall, I'd recommend this tour, but hopefully the bus gets aired out and the traffic's a bit more clear."

The bus tour itself was enjoyable, but the service and experience we had on the day makes me think this company is not very professional and I would choose another if I were travelling to London again. Our tour, one stop from the end, was diverted due to a march, but the passengers were not informed and the driver did not appear to have a contingency plan in place. We circled streets way off route for well over an hour and eventually had to disembark and get a taxi home. The driver could not tell us when or where we would eventually rejoin the route and he was so lost that we had to wait for 2 other busses to come and try to lead us back to the route. By this point, our party (which included a disabled person) had no choice but to get off the bus in a random location. Unsurprisingly none of our party wanted to use the tickets we had booked for day 2 but the company issued no partial refund which I think should have been appropriate in the circumstances. Very poor customer service.

We didn't get a bus for 2hrs after buying tickets. We waited for 50min at one of their stops and when we checked with customer services it turned out that was not in use due to diversions. We walked 20min to the next stop where there was a member of staff who told us that stop was closed too. Such a waste of time. We wanted to do the palaces tour too but once again we got fed up waiting for a bus to come. We saw every other company's busses, just not Top View. Do not waste your money.

Wir waren 3 Tage hier. Haben uns am ersten Tag späten Nachmittag ein 24h Ticket gekauft und wirklich an 2 Tagen praktisch genutzt. Die Fahrer sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber der absolute Höhepunkt war Ben unser live Tourguide. Ich hätte keine Empfehlung ohne da gelassen, wenn wir nicht ihn bei unserer Red Lane Tour dabei gehabt hätten. Ein Traum!!!! Ben war so witzig und voller Elan. Auf jeden Fall besser mit einem Live-Tourguide als ohne. Mit Audio wars etwas mühsam..Deutsch hat nicht überall funktioniert.

We had bought a 2 day ticket for the busses..

The bad experience starts near the National History museum where the bus just speeds right past the stop at Brompton Square, despite standing and waving live a maniac..

We took the metro to Picadilly and tried to get on the stop from there.. But the stop was closed..

Non of this was to be found on the app or website

Saturday the 5/10 we once again wanted to go on the bus from Trafalgar square.. We stod and waited for over 40 mins, and the guide there keept telling us in 10 mins a new bus would come.. All other bus companies had busses running past there maybe 3-4 times during the 40 mins..

It then turns out that there is a demonstration going on in the city and the bussed are rerouted..

Yet again no info on the website, app or even the guide had no clue what was going on..

He told us to go to the stop at Picadilly.. Wich was closed..

We spent maybe 2-3 hours wating for busses this weekend wich is sad

Wish we had checked here first, then we would never have bought ticket from Topview.

Triede to contact customer support, but the stopped answering me after i wanted them to send evidence that the infomations was on the website.

No refund.. Waste of money

We were led to believe we had a 48 hr pass with boat cruise. Day 1 was ok. Only did part part of red route
Day 2 was horrific. Got to stop 1 first thing. The woman who sold the tickets to us was there. She said the first bus was leaving in 10 minutes
When we got out at stop 5 to connect with the boat cruise we were advised the tickets were no longer usable Went back to the stop 5 bus stand. The man there got on the phone and finally said that we could board. But if we wanted to use the bus to return home it would be a further £15
My daughter was going to pay it but I was furious. I am 76 years old from Australia
And would rather walk all the way back to
Hyde Park than be ripped off again
We got a taxi and travelled via stop 1. We saw the woman and got out to sort this mess out. She talked 100 miles a minute and never once accepted responsibility nor apologise for the waste of money and time that has completely ruined our holiday

Owen was a fantastic tour guide, he was friendly informative and was able to incorporate humour while giving us the “Jack The Ripper” tour which made the experience a bit more light hearted than expected. We also got a great price on a 48 hour pass so we’re wrapped. We’re a young couple travelling from Australia and Owen has been the best guide we’ve had so far on our trip😊
