I have ordered two signs from this company. One with LED lights and one without. The first one with the lights was a gift to my husband for his man cave, he liked it so much we ordered one for outside. The second one was lost in transit but the customer service was amazing and I was able to get my package with a slight delay. I recommend this company to anyone looking for great products at good prices.

The original product I received was soooo not the right colors. However, this company made everything perfect replacing it with the correct one. I couldn't be more happy with the final product. I appreciate everything that was done to make me a happy customer. THANK YOU!!!

This is a counterfeiting company. I contacted the address they provided in Kansas and it's a mail forwarding service. The owner said they set up the account to get a US address then dumped it. They are based in Vietnam, stealing images from US companies and then making in Vietnam or China. They are also charging 50% more for the honor of sending you a counterfeit. How do I know? They stole a few hundred of my photos off my etsy store and claim they make them, though they are actually made by MY business in the USA.

I will be reporting it all to their webhost. (The DMCA report form on their site goes to the site owner, don't be fooled!)

The quality of the hat was awful…insignia was wrong rendering the hat useless. The first hat received was crushed and insignia was wrong the replaced it with another hat and the insignia was wrong again. Then, they tell me we will give you 30% off if you order another hat. Worst experience and I will encourage all my Veteran friends not to order your products!

The hat supporting breast cancer was/is great. However I bought it for an event 2.5 weeks ahead of the event and it took 3 WEEKS to arrive. So no hat for the event!

I never received my order

The product is quality to begin with. What made the experience so much more successful was the Customer support team. This being my second customized order working closely with Elisa T, July, and Julia Q on both orders was a gift. They kept in touch on progress and sent me a preview of the finished items design before actually completing it. I was allowed to make changes or add extra wording without any disgruntled attitude. Always helpful and more than just professional, they were kind and understanding. My Daughter and I are two very happy Veterans with three wonderful products.

What made the experience great is the quality of what we ordered, which was a gift for someone important to us. Very high quality, very nice.
What was a disappointment was the shipping time and more importantly, the almost total lack of quality support from TopTrendyGear staff. I was sent info saying it had shipped when actually it had not. I was sent info saying it was in route when actually it was not. Calls and emails were responded to late with no useful info. What did we do? Wait... wait...and more wait. When it did arrive FedEx must have thrown it toward the front porch and sadly it missed, landing in some water and wet grass.
Bottom line is a company is STILL responsible for the product until the product is in the happy hand of the purchaser.
Makes me want to order again.. I guess.

Never received my product. Don’t use this company.

I still have not received my order which was placed in Jan

Item was packaged with tape on the front of it and when taken off it pulled the paint/material off with it. The product is ruined. Emailed for solution but haven't received new item or contacted.

You guys get no stars. Your response time sucks I purchased this product if Jan 22 and it is March 2nd. Being shipped from China. I asked for a full refund and you still don't respond to my request. And there is no phone number to call you.
