Product cheap. Came from China. Packaging tape ripped of the 49rs decal.

The metal sign was what I expected and very nice but the lighting was very poor especially for the cost of it. The hue was nothing like the photo in the ad.

I like it alot.

I have tried three times to get instructions to return and refund. Each time i send an attached picture as requested, i am told to resend in a different format. I do not know how to resend again. I still do not have my refund or instructions to return it. Why can't a customer just simply state, "i don't like it, I want to return it"?

Received a rug for Christmas as a gift from my fiance. Took over a month to get the rug and was one of the worst designed and colored rug ive ever seen. I cant believe they would scam my fiance like this. She spent $200.00 and nobody even cared to make sure it looked good. I couldnt be any more disappointed and sad my fiance had to go through this all for something so horrible

Great present for my husband! However I thought I would have it in time for Christmas but received it in January. It took a month to get it.

Beautiful! The product arrived in good condition. The only thing is the shipping time is a bit long.

The sign I received was bent and looked like it had gone through a rough shipping process. Luckily, I have enough tools in my garage to fix and the design was as I hoped for so it is fine.

I have ordered a vintage metal sign. The timeline on their site is already not being respected. I emailed them at least 7 times. They email back with a prefabricated email about being sorry. They overcharged me on top of that. They have no phone number you can call. I have called Mastercard and the charge will be contested next week when it makes 15 days.
I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE TO ORDER ANYTHING AT ALL FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS THROUGH AND THROUGH.

I was entirely mislead with my transaction. The product descriptions were exorbitantly inaccurate, to the point that even the custom service represented commented on how blatantly wrong they were.

My issue was resolved with a 50% refund. I appreciate they took a partial step at making amends, but I would have preferred the honesty upfront.

I would highly recommend against purchasing through this platform.

I was extremely nervous to place this overseas order to Australia with the current world of scams but can I just say I will order with confidence again and can not recommend toptrendygear enough. The customer service response and turn around time to answer my query and for my personalised signs to be created and received was very impressive. Only to be outdone by the quality of the product, the way my order was package with such care to ensure my signs were not damaged. So very happy - thank you again!

Overall I like the shirt I got. I wished the shipping hadn’t taken so long though- that was my least favorite part about the order. I also didn’t love the fit of the shirt since it was unisex rather than specifically for women or men.

The sign is great- very happy with the purchase.

I ordered a hat for my son in plenty of time to receive it by Christmas according to their shipping guidelines. I wasn’t provided any tracking information until I requested to cancel the order right before Christmas since I knew it wouldn’t arrive on time. I showed a picture to my son on Christmas and he didn’t like the design I had chosen so I bought one he liked on Amazon and he received it the next day, I was told I could not return this hat for a refund and they gave me a long sob story about how they were too busy during the holidays to get orders filled. I can’t believe that a business can survive in this economy with unhappy customers. I would recommend anyone that buys from this company to understand that you better like what you order because there is no ability to get a refund. By the way, today is Jan 4th and I have still not received my order. I gave them the opportunity to make me a happy customer and either cancel the order or allow me to return it for a refund (once it finally gets here) before putting a bad review online, but they only offered a 50% refund. Lesson learned, I’ll go back to Amazon and other reputable businesses. I wish I had looked at the reviews of this company on trustpilot instead of their own website reviews.

The shirt (Nakatomi Plaza Christmas sweater) is easily one size bigger than normal. I wear a large in every t-shirt, sweater, jacket, etc. I own. I ordered and it is at least a full size too big. Second issue is that I ordered the shirt and two days later a coupon code was emailed to me. Customer service would not apply the discount. The shirt didn’t even ship for another 13 days. I would not recommend and I would not buy from again.

I guess I’m just disappointed that a stupid mistake on the other end was cause enough to cancel my order and go elsewhere. The vintage replica metal sign I ordered was by no means rare and other companies make the exact same sign and for less but this company gave me other sizes to choose from. Unfortunately they claimed they had mistakenly credited me the purchase price and was withholding delivery until I reordered with a new payment but my credit card company has no record of any credit or refund. Now you know my story and the reason for my rating. Good luck.
