Don’t use this bus company!!! Timings of these buses are terrible, we waited for an hour in London eye to catch a Toot bus to go to tower bridge around 6:30pm,,, so many other bus companies operate regular services!!! Once we got in the bus the driver was just stopping in every where inviting people to get in,,, even people just standing for the normal bus stops,,, disappointing

This is the first time on a Tootbus. Loved the tremendous amount of organisation and resources that's gone into it. Almost everyone were polite, courteous, informative and helpful.
Our driver said to me " can't you see that my machine is not there. Why are you showing me your receipt?" And shook his head and rolled his eyes. (Strike one!) My wife and I proceeded to pick up our headsets and moved on upstairs.
During our trip he nearly collected a pedestrian cross a live pedestrian cross by almost a bee sting. It drew a cacophony of "wows" in 6 languages on the upper deck of the bus (Strike two!)
When we were invited to swap buses at a stop he was ever friendly with everyone and I smiled to thank him which was responded with a hoity-toity look. (Strike 3!).
Otherwise, the entire trip accompanied with insights of locations and the city's attractions were a delight!

Wouldn’t rate Toot Bus in London at all. Changed routes without telling us and had to walk for an hour to get to the Tower of London. Had the wrong street name for puck up on brochure. Supposed to come every 10 to 15 minutes but waited 40 minutes outside Harrods and was told there was a bus “missing” and when we got on it was so crowded people had to stand.

I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand but the tickets were purchased by my friend, worst experience of a tour I have encountered, the audio was dreadful, they missed out a lot information regarding statues etc etc, even giving them a 1 star is far too good it should be a -5, I hope this helps people from purchasing tickets !!!

THE WORST! We booked a 2 day hop on/hop off bus and Seine river cruise. Day one we were stuck on top of the bus for FOUR HOURS in the heat and then they dumped us off in the MIDDLE OF THE TOUR! The whole bus had to unload. They pointed to a new bus, we loaded that and were DUMPED OFF AGAIN! They won't reply to my emails for a refund and we paid $185.00. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I would choose "The Big Bus" instead. We saw so many of them go by us while we were STUCK on Tootbus. Absolutely horrible service and the poor employees had NO IDEA what was going on. There were parents trying to cover their kids from the sun and my Mom is 81 with terminal cancer and this was day one of her Paris dream trip! I am so disgusted with this company, they ruined our day for sure and the fact that they won't reply to an email says everything. By the way, if you just do a hop on/hop off RIVER cruise you will get a wonderful experience. We figuired this out the day after this NIGHTMARE. Botabus was AMAZING and only $16 for the whole day.

Upstairs on the bus needed a good clean. There was bird droppings on some of the seats and an unpleasant smell coming through the heat vents. Ear phones were too short and the audio was boring. The worst tour bus we’ve ever been on. Expected better for the money.

Bad bad experience ever. Plz think before buying tickets. The customer service is even worse.

They are scams and thieves took our money

The commentary was out of sync by quite a bit, at one point it was talking about Buckingham palace yet is was 15 minutes before we reached Buckingham palace, we decided to change buses at Hyde park to see if this made an improvement, it didn't, we may have well have been on a regular bus, changing hadn't been easy as my mother is in a wheelchair, so we were not happy when at 15:30 the driver advised he was finishing his shift and we had to get off (just after Piccadilly Circus), we were advised to walk around the corner and wait for the next bus, we had overheard the driver talking on his radio ? to someone in control ? and he had said 4 passengers so he had obv been advised what to do, as said my mother was in a wheelchair but this didnt seem to bother the driver. We had also booked to go on the river cruise but after such an awful experience we decided this would be better avoided, if anyone reading this can advise how I complain further to maybe tourist board please contact me

Outstanding tour and great customer service. As a former tour guide many years ago I always enjoy visiting a new city and experiencing an open top bus tour and this company is by far the best open top bus tour company in London, having experienced all the different sightseeing tours in London over the years, I highly recommend them to anyone visiting London

Really good trip, used a promotional code. We were able to use both routes and had a fabulous driver called Bertie on the yellow route who really made my nephews birthday. Thank you Bertie. Buses were easy to use and help and support as some stops as well. We could not find a time of when the routes finished and was waiting on the blue route for some time, bus prob stuck in traffic so we did finish using diff transport. But overall I would recommend them.

We had a bad experience - really bad service - our bus broke Down and we waited an hour for the next one. They kept saying the app was broken and a new one would come in 10 min. We had tickets for 2 days but ended up finding our Way around Paris with different transportation. Do choose Big bus we saw a lot of them passing and it is a bigger route - enjoy your stay in Paris 🌞
