Tootbis paris. Saw what we needed, audio quality wasn't great but heard what was needed. Buses were plentiful, didn't wait long for the next one. Stopped where we wanted to get off and see the sights. River cruise was a bonus too. Great views and there was a bar on board the boat too!

The audio guide is aware of time & useless as is clearly evident as virtually no-one uses it.
The bus seats are very small & cramped.
The map for the drop off & get on stops is out of date & info extremely difficult to find. Even the on/lind maps are inaccurate & the print out that you can get when you catch the bus.
There should be a bus stop between Eiffel Tower & Bus Stop, 11 Rue Auber, 75009 Paris, France; & the next stop at the Opera is far too close. A
The bus stops should be marked on google maps, which I did whenever we stopped.

NIGHTMARE TO NAVIGATE….!!!

The river cruise boat broke down thus wasting 1hr of already invaluable time. No apology given or compensation offered, & we were then loaded onto an already full boat this making it very

Det er den dårligste tour bus vi har prøvet. Audio i bussen var frygtelig, både lyden og indholdet. Der var alt for meget musik og for lidt reel information om seværdighederne. Appen var ikke bedre, vi opgav at bruge den. Vi vil aldrig anbefale andre at bruge toot. Der er heldigvis andre, så giv lige lidt ekstra og få noget ud af det.

Diversions were in place so 20% of route cancelled. Was not advertised on website when booking otherwise I would have chosen another day. It was on the app you download AFTER you pay. Filled in their review process but no response. Most unhelpful. Plus the buses were so full you couldn't get upstairs. Might as well have travelled around in a car

Disgraceful company. Extortionate ticket and very unprofessional drivers. The route clearly states the stops, we got up in plenty of time for our stop and the driver went past. He then asked did you want off? I said yes please and he said you need to press the button. Clearly a passenger standing next to his driving can at the door is not a signal enough. Don’t bother! The seats are dirty and the audio doesn’t work.

Booked the open top Paris by night tour. Drove past the main landmarks you’d expect but little to no useful commentary through the audio guide. Nothing about Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, arc de triumphed etc. Didn't even name the buildings and bridges we past. The bus driver nearly hit a pedestrian on a crossing and a car… braked sharply twice and was on her phone while driving!

My friend and I paid for a sightseeing and river cruise. They stopped at Leicester Square saying we need to get on the Yellow line to continue the trip, that bus never came. We had to explore the place on our own taking tubes to go from place to place. Unprofessional service, we were not even provided with a booklet with the bus schedule and the staffs did not seem to be bothered to help. Awful experience!

Don't waste your money - these drivers will not stop for you - they dont pick you up, and the earphone tour is like stupidity on repeat. The time tables don't exist and neither do the stops. The App is useless and makes no sense - I will tell everyone I know who plans on coming to Paris not to use them. Make other arrangements.

Hi i was stood near the london bridge . Ive checked my tickets with staff memeber outside the bus stop and ive been shouted at from your bus driver to me and my childern firstly my child entered the bus when he shouted at my boy . Then we walked in the bus and he started to shout and scream at us even though he could have been poiltey asked us i didnt mind showing my tickets again.Then he threated with his voice me to scan the tickets and my daughter is epileptic and she cant take the loud noises and trauma . His raised his voice as it got louder and angressive i felt very unsafe as we got out of the couch to wait for the next one he got out the bus and started walking towards us as if he was going to smack me or my kids so i sweared back at him which i know i in the wrong but i wanted to protect my children. The lady who scanned my tickets said take another bus because i felt scared using the same bus im not a voilent or abusive person but seen i spoken with this man calmly until he screamed at me so i had to raise my voice to get his attention i felt scared and unsafe to attend the bus threatened.

Worst experience Yellow route bus never touched Buckingham palace, I was roaming in a circle in the bus for 2hours between London bridge and London eye.

Using the Paris tootbus make sure they are running the service they advertised. Four women in Paris we were assured the purple line was running . After waiting with a crowd of people we had to pay a taxi to get into the centre to join the blue line . We purchased a two day ticket we won’t be using tomorrow. The boat cruise was also awful poor service and very poor value . Trying to get hold of anyone from the company is impossible. Truly a terrible experience and what should have been a lovely trip ruined .

Great two days with Tootbus in London. Regular buses with lots of space every few minutes. Staff were very polite and helpful at all times. Having compared prices these were the cheapest, with two days being almost as cheap as one with online discounts. Lots of free maps and earphones, and the sun shone for us as well. The commentary was very informative tinged with a sense of humour for good measure. I don't know if it is possible, but it would be helpful if the commentary announced the bus stop numbers in line with the map?

Today I give a special thank you to Emard the driver who was on today look after his customers and made me felt welcome on this special trip. It was worth the time spent. It was a 90 minutes journey arriving back at Piccadilly Circus at 10.30pm. I was given a beautiful reward today.

Just waited about 1.5 hour to even get on the bus (London), found out that the sign was wrongly put up, at the place we were waiting.

Omg don't, don't ! Use BIGBus. We have been waiting 45 mins for the bus and seen at least 4 big bus go past. Also felt pressured when we bought ticket to review guy who sold it to us(even though we hadn't used service !) He stood over us ! I feel totally ripped off.
Still waiting . Make that at least an hr. We have came to realisation we will have to make our own way back to kingscross. Update we have got underground back to kingscross.
So 150Aud to travel about 4 stops .

I have put off writing this review in the hope that our complaint could be resolved privately however my emails are now going unanswered and I feel the need to share my exceptionally poor tour and customer service experience.
We visited Paris on Wednesday 29th May for a one day family tour with Tootbus Paris.
* We waited 45 minutes at the Louvre stop for a bus.
* In that time an empty Toot bus drove past and did not stop. We asked staff but they could offer no explanation.
* Despite being first in line for the next bus, there was a scrum of people allowed to get on before us and my children were knocked over in the process. Staff did not intervene and had no control over the large crowd.
* When we eventually got on a bus, there were no available seats meaning we had to stand. We didn't hear any of the commentary and opportunities to sight see were limited in the crowded gangways.
* We managed to stay on the bus for only 2 stops as our children were so upset by the whole experience.
* I emailed Toot Bus Paris with my complaint detailing the above and asking for a full refund to be told that there were problems with the traffic that caused our problem, then to be told there were problems with the weather (it was a dry morning on the 31st).
* Responses to my emails have been unsatisfactory with no apologies offered and include a sarcastic tone of "We wish we could control the weather and give you the weather of your dreams all year round". My complaint was never about the traffic or the weather!
* My emails are now going unanswered. The company's decision to blame the traffic and then the weather rather than acknowledge some key factors of my complaint and now ghost my emails is simply appalling. I have received no partial or full refund.

DO NOT use this company!!!!!

Absolutely the worst HoHo Bus experience ever ( have used a lot of them throughout the world) Bought a 48 hr pass First day was ok, commentary out dated and little information on the areas. Day 2 a complete write off. Wait time at our chosen pick up stop (Gloucester Road Station) was 45 min, and I’m not sure that it even turned up in that time frame? we got sick of waiting and a nice young man from another company directed us to the tube, which we caught to Piccadilly Circus within 10min. Upon our return to Gloucester Rd, wait time again was in excess of 40 min from London eye. So caught a local bus to Piccadilly Circus and the tube back to Gloucester Road. So much easier and faster. Don’t waste your money on this unreliable company.

Large wait times in London, not worth the discount I received. Would much rather pay more for consistent busses. Sat at stop over 30 mins each time with no knowledge of when the bus will rock up. Some wait times were close to 40 mins. Really disappointed.

Everything was terrible, wasted a whole afternoon and $100 euros. The audioguide is not a guide, absolutely no content about the places you see, it is as if a give year old was writing their own diary "you can know where you are just by looking at people... I like going for a run with my yellow suit and then having a croissant". There was vomit on one bus, the other one had an open roof while it was raining and the audio guide was not working. I was so furious I cried. DO NOT BOOK IT!!!

We had the Toot tour with the boat tour. Commentary was terrible. It often did not coincide with where we were at the time and was very out of date. One part of the tour told us how we could tell if HER Majesty was in residence at Buckingham Palace. The Queen passed away 20 months earlier. It also mentioned that the Union Jack was still part of many Commonwealth countries' flags including Canada. Canada's flag has not had the Union Jack on it since 1965. Dialogue meant to be entertaining was not. There is so much history in London, that's what I wanted to hear.
This would be much better with a live commentator who could continue talking about the area or answer questions when the bus is stuck in traffic.
The boat tour (with a live commentator) was great.
