Ordered a Hyundai compressor from them. Item arrived damaged, however they are on the case with a replacement.

Ordered a generator that said in stock at the time of ordering , looking thru reviews i can see they can make false claims on website ,went to chat with them they said I preordered , which cleared I have not it shows as in stock screen shot it as evidence, now they say lead time is 2 months away , asked for refund same day , if not received in 24hours , guess will have to go thru credit card company. Still waiting on refund to be issued .

I couldn’t believe the timescale of service I received! my lawnmower in less than 24hrs from order to delivery by TNT. A fantastic collaboration between Toolsite and their courier. I will definitely use this site again!!

Having had a January delivery date for an order placed in October, they didn't send me a notification its moved back to end of March. Don't answer the phone, didn't reply to emails and now three days in a row I sent messages to cancel my order and issue a refund. NO REPLY

Ordered a generator on a pre-order basis. Was advised to get in touch for delivery dates. Jordan took time to explain the situation and I’ve now received the generator and am very pleased with the service received.

I was a difficult customer and ordered an item that was in high demand with long lead time. During the lead time, I was frustrated and impateint. I realise Tooliste had little control over when the item would be in stock.

I ordered an item that wasn't in stock (due to current global problems) I was aware of this before I ordered. I was contacted and offered a slightly different product which turned out to better suit my needs, great service and item arrived earlier than expected.

Bought a wood chipper of these guys. Fast delivery and great price using there make an offer option. I’ve not seen that anywhere else.

I was in a mega rush for a brush pack I order it as part of a service kit .
I ordered 2 kits
They sent the wrong kit which was minus the brush pack .
I paid extra for quick delivery it arrived a week later !
