Didn't get a reply to my offer...

Wanted to purchase a Hyundai lawnmower on the weekend. Whilst looking at the toolsite website a pop-up appeared asking 'Not happy with the price? Make us an offer". So I did! By Monday lunchtime I hadn't had a reply so I bought the lawnmower elsewhere. Grass needs cutting Toolsite - you should move a bit quicker. I would have paid the original price. Of course I'm not saying they're a bad company - they could be great. I wouldn't know however as I didn't get to deal with them.

Good Website, Efficient Delivery

Easy to see the specifications and compare. Easy website to use, through to the purchasing of the item.
Confirmation received at the time of purchase, and email confirming it is on it's way the day before it arrived. Neatly packaged with good assembly instructions.

A Good Straightforward Company

Thank you or a straightforward transaction.
My purchase was for Hyundai HYSC1500E 1500W Electric Lawn Scarifier / Aerator / Lawn Rake, 230V as a replacement of another make which had done good service.

Excellent service

From ordering to receiving was less than 24 hrs, unbelievable. The purchase experience is how it should be with great communication and price was best online. Great service.
