Highly recommend Toolsite; brilliant service and communication and the Hyundai lawn mower is exactly as described, the only thing in my opinion is the battery life could be better but that is nothing to do with Toolsite

My Hyundai mower promptly delivered within 2 days, the guys are great to chat to and very helpful.
The only grump I had was it was advertised on google with an extra 5% off by Klarna, BUT because it already discounted, it dosn`t apply. ( Still the cheapest around and Toolsite will beat any price if found cheaper).
Brilliant mower, wish I got it sooner!

I have written to them about a couple of problems and they have always responded in reasonable time.

I ordered a large wood chipper from toolsite at a cost of £1900 in the first week of April, and even now, in the last week of May, I still don't have a working machine:
- The website said it in stock when I ordered, but it turns out it was being sold as a "preorder"
- After a month the manufacturer contacted me to let know it was on its way from them directly
- When the unit finally arrived, one of the blades failed after literally less than 10 minutes of operation.

Update: Toolsite did finally agree to send replacement blades at their cost, and in fairness they seem to be somewhat at the mercy of the manufacturer for the original delivery.

However, I do think they could have done a better job of being more transparent, managing expectations, and being more active about sending updates.
To their credit, the customer service people there have been very open to hearing this feedback.

Excellent service and product

The delivery of this mower was outstanding next day. Apart from a couple of minor problems concerning the wheel covers and drive speed an excellent buy at an acceptable price. As for customer service I can only rate them as outstanding.

Mower works as expected. Front wheel plastic hubcaps keep popping off. Small cosmetic thing but disappointing.

Had a nightmare as I ordered a lawnmower then after 2 days was told out of stock. However, after making contact with Toolsite they have sent an item out for delivery tomorrow with an upgrading version . However, have waited in again all day for the delivery I was promised and nothing has arrived!! 😡😡😡absolutely shocking service!!
