I ordered the item online however I made an error with my email. As the item did not show up in timescale stated. I presumed it was a fake site and contacted my card company. No attempt was made to contact me by my address and the item was sent weeks later. They would have had a email failure notice. Company now want a restock fee.

Used toolsite for a lawnmower order. Good price and prompt dispatch. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own, the delivery firm they used went into administration, but toolsite (Jordan was my contact) were quick and clear with their communications. They arranged for the mower to be dispatched with a new delivery company, ensuring a timely arrival. Really standout, excellent customer service. Would thoroughly recommend.
