Purchased a Stihl pressure washer at a good price. Pressure washer arrived this morning, had a quick run on the patio and it's a good piece of kit. Would highly recommend the Stihl RE130.

Excellent service and very quick delivery. Ordered a DeWalt lawn mower and chainsaw for my husband's birthday yesterday and was delivered this morning at 10am.

Spoke to a gentleman on the phone who told me if I ordered by 1pm it would be dispatched the same day. Unfortunately I did miss the 1pm cut off point but I received my tracking a few hours later. Well impressed with the quick turn around.

I haven't opened them up yet as it's as a gift, but I am sure my husband will be happy with his new tools!!

Purchased a Hyundai HYTD500 tracked dumper for some landscaping projects. Alex was helpful in assisting me with the purchase to ensure the machine was going to do what I needed it for.

Ordered Friday 18th and the dumper was delivered Monday. Quick and helpful service and I would recommend.

Used the dumper for the first time today and works a treat. Started first time and is doing exactly what I need it for, so far so good!

Unfortunately I ordered from this company before reading the negative reviews. I made an order for a automatic switch over for a genorater. I received a confirmation email to inform me that my order was being processed. 2 days later I received an email requesting proof of ID due to the value of the order, I responded immediately by sending them the proof they requested. 2 days later I still did not receive an update on my order so I sent an email requesting a update to which I received no response, I have since sent 3 further emails over the course of 9 days and have received absolutely no response. I also tried calling the customer service number supplied on their website but no one ever answers the phone. Customer service for this company is non existent. I will now have face the inconvenience of contacting my credit card to reverse the payment

Purchased an Hyundai HYM460SPE 18" Petrol lawnmower to be delivered in 3-5 days. Contacted them after 6 days to enquire why I had heard nothing. Received some waffle about the lawnmower being damaged but that they had no more in stock. Tried repeatedly (6 emails back and forth in 2 days) to sell me other lawnmowers but nothing I wanted, but when I asked for a refund instead, it all went quiet. No replies to my email, a phone number that doesn't connect and no one ever answers their apparent 24/7 'Live Chat'. Lesson learned, won't ever be using these people again.

AVOID AT ALL COST.

I paid nearly £1400 via bank transfer for a piece of Hyundai power equipment. It was due in 2-3 working days.

No tracking number provided and all emails ignored. Telephone number goes straight to answerphone.

I have commenced a Transactional Dispute.

EDIT: The Hyundai product eventually arrived and I cancelled the transaction dispute. But without that escalation I doubt I would have received the product.

When I was able to speak to someone they were very polite and apologetic.

Would I buy from the site again.

AVOID!!! Like a few other reviews that have appeared, I also placed an online order for a Hyundai HYM460SPE. Price looked great and delivery was 3-5 days. That was on the Sunday 9th July 2023. Next day I received an order confirmation and that's the last I have heard from them. I have sent several emails to their various accounts, 15 calls that ALL go straight to an answering machine and don't even bother with their website message system. I have requested a full refund and am now leaving it in the hands of my bank to try and recover it. Whilst they are doing that I will be contacting Trading Standards and Hyundai direct to vent my anger at this psss poor company.

I don't normally leave feedback, but on this occasion felt obliged to advise people of my experience.

I'm annoyed that I have to leave at least 1 star.

I ordered hyundai petrol push field strimmer HYFT56 on the 7th July for an urgent job, promised prompt delivery by the very helpful team. Never used toolsite previously, but was surprised how competitively priced they were.

In hindsight I wish I'd gone with a known supplier at elevated cost. I received email after email containing lots of words, with very little meaning. Basic questions such as "as this been dispatched ?" and "please provide tracking ID ?" seemed to be avoided at every response.

I will say the team responded promptly, albeit offering minimal value.

Missed the cut off to carry out some work and forced them to offer a refund which I have been advised has gone through.

Will not use again nor recommend.

I purchased a petrol lawn mower from this company in good faith. Be warned, they are a scam. They have taken the money from my account (over £300!) and nothing has been delivered. They won't respond to emails, webchat, or phone calls. In fact their number doesn't even ring. A diabolical company and I wish I'd just gone elsewhere! In the process of claiming via my credit card. Do Not Buy from this joke of a company. Read the reviews before giving them your hard earned money!!

Placed an order on 10th July for three items with a delivery quote of 3 to 5 days.
Initially were answering e mail and blamed a delay due to large order that had been placed.
Now not answering phone or e mails.
Started a dispute through credit card company.
At the moment I would advise not to place an order with this company if you were considering it.
As of 22nd so 12 days after placing the order I’ve still not got the goods but have had dpd tracking number emailed to me so I will update once the goods arrive.
As of 23rd the cheapest item out of the three has arrived and clearly on the delivery label states item 1of 1 that’s the good news.
Now the bad news toolsite’s update says my order has been dispatched and delivered !
Still no answer to email, answers to phone and replies to telephone messages.
Further updates as and if they happen.
Latest update 24th July is lawnmower has arrived, multi tool apparently now out of stock and refund being processed.
26th July and still awaiting a refund for last item.

Not answering phone, can’t get through. Have now had an email update about delays. No order confirmation yet or tracking. Will update this review as this progresses

Ordered an item on a Sunday, received confirmation and it should have been delivered within 3 to 5 working days, as today is Friday i should have received it. Since then, no communication and no delivery. Telephone line is unavailable and email has been returned undelivered. Update - received an email Friday stating I would receive an email that afternoon with tracking info, no email received. Chased this morning, telephone lines are down, no response to 3 emails sent to 3 different departments.

Avoid Toolsite at all costs!!!

Since first posting my review, Toolsite sent several more emails promising delivery. As expected the delivery never materialised. I have now requested my money back and Toolsite are completely ignoring my emails. Phone calls just go to voicemail. Avoid this company!! If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Appalling. The phoneline just goes to answer machine. I have left multiple messages and no one has ever rung me back. I had quick responses from the team for my first email promising a prompt dispatch but since then, getting any kind of response or update is hopeless. They keep claiming that my item will be dispatched that day and email tracking will be sent directly to me but then nothing happens. They seem to be full of excuses and promises yet nothing ever materialises. Buy from elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.
