Lack of communication
Happy with what I have selected, however it's been disappointing that I had to follow up numerous times when order was not ready within agreed time. Unfortunately it was almost 3 weeks later and not everything was ready in the end, still waiting for my car seat. Again no updates or details were sent to me.
Really disappointing.

The velcrow at the side doesn't stay on, which annoys me. Its too tight fitting and one side keeps falling off

Pleasant staff but very unorganised delivery
Ordered a full Travel system months in advance of collection and was informed two days before collection that the foot muff we paid extra for had not arrived and would be delayed by a few weeks. When we arrived home after getting our Iso fix base and car seat fitted I was checking to see how everything went together only to notice the clips that are essential to put the car seat on the buggy were not given to us. I had to then call again to get them posted to us. Even with the lengthy pre ordering it was still not fully delivered and are are now left waiting on the clips and foot muff.

I called to make sure the products were…
I called to make sure the products were in stock before I ordered. Was told they were so paid and then received a very abrupt email days later stating half the order was out of stock. I received a refund quickly though but now I have to source a base for the moses basket and a new mattress also, as the current one is very poor quality.
Hi there, thank your or the response. No that is not the case. I placed the order as soon as I hung up. The email response was that they had no clue when it would be in stock. The basket is fine. Its the mattress that was poor quality. Many thanks, Santina

Our sincere apologies the stand was out of stock when you placed your order.
The goods may have been in stock when you called to check but could have sold out online before you placed your order. However, this would show as pre-order with a delivery time frame underneath the add to cart button. Apologies if this was not clear upon ordering. The confirmation email will also show that some items on your order have a lead time and will show the timeline for delivery for that item. If you are unhappy with the quality of the Moses Basket and it is in original packaging, we would be more that happy for you to return the goods and we can process a refund for you.
Again, our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Awful service
Awful service! Ordered our travel system in May so we would be organised after being told by a friend there was a 12 week wait . We were told on day of purchase that the brand we ordered was due in July. Heard nothing. Rang late July to be told there's a 2 week delay and it would be in mid August, with still no contact or updates at this point after approx 4 months, rang again first week September, to be told end of September! With my due date only a couple of weeks away, Absolutely ridiculous! Staff were of no help anytime we rang , as if they were clueless. One girl even said well i wasn't dealing with this particular order so i don't know!
Very bad service and very bad customer after spending approx 3000e in your store!
