I had some trousers with a slight fault and Freddie at customer services was nothing short of excellent and accommodating. I have a partial discount on the way after being offered a full refund or exchange. Amazing service and great products.

The customer service team at Tom’s trunk has been most helpful and very efficient at dealing with our problem. My daughter’s trousers were faulty and this was sorted in no time thanks to the friendly team. The products are good too!

Romy from the customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful with my query as well, I really appreciated her helpfulness and very quick response time.

Excellent Customer Service
Have bought from Tom‘s Trunks many times and have always received excellent service and fast delivery, Unfortunately, I had to send a couple of items back due to them being too big, but they got lost in the Royal Mail system (thankfully I had a tracking number) but still, Tom‘s Trunks refunded me though they were not at fault. Excellent customer service. Would so recommend this company!
