Spoke with a number of different people in customer service but never once had to repeat myself etc. I required replacement flanges parts which I was trying to source but could not and then team have supplied these free of charge and got it sorted all within 12 hours. Incredible!! Thanks team

I was looking for slow flow teats and spoke to Jo, who went above and beyond to help. I purchased tommee tippee bottles for my twins and been gifted two different brands of bottles. My twins are now two and half months old and they prefer two brands out of the three. Out of the three different brands I prefer the glass bottles by tommee tippee as they are perfect for day to day used, easy to clean and even easier to sanitise. Highly disgusted with the communication…
Highly disgusted with the communication with Tommee Tippee. I purchased a sterilizer twice, and due to the inside being plastic, it has shrunk. However, the email responses back and forth didn't do anything. I'm never purchasing Tommee Tippee baby items ever again, and I will share my thoughts and emails on social media to make everyone aware.
