Great customer service
The horns for my electric pump had splits in them and needed to be replaced as the suction was no longer as strong. After awhile of trying to find where to buy spare parts to no avail, I used the contact us section on the Tommee Tippee website. I was initially talking to an AI chat bot but they soon put in a ticket for a person to help me. I spoke to Jude, Debbie and Izzy who promptly responded to my request and have sent out new horns free of charge. The pump itself, the double electric pump is great and I'm glad the horns could be easily replaced.

Above and beyond
The team was very helpful and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. I had a thermometer with new batteries thats reading incorrectly and reached out to them if theres a way to reset the device. They sent me a new thermometer! Saving this mama all the hassle of getting a new one especially with a sick child. Thankful for the parent care team!

Tommee Tippee is an amazing company…
Tommee Tippee is an amazing company with fantastic products. We have been using the Perfect Prep® Day & Night machine, and it has made preparing bottles so much easier. When I ran into a small issue with our machine (which has since been discontinued), I reached out to their customer service and was lucky enough to speak with Beverley.
Beverley was absolutely wonderful she was kind, understanding, patient, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me, and her level of customer service truly reflects how much Tommee Tippee values its customers.
It's not just the quality of their products that keeps me coming back, but also the amazing people behind the brand. If you're looking for baby products from a company that genuinely cares about its customers, I couldn't recommend Tommee Tippee more. Choosing Tommee Tippee for your little one is one of the best decisions you can make!

I cannot fault Tommee Tippees customer service. I purchased some pump/storage items without fully researching them first. I didn’t realise that I needed adapters for the bags and a flange adapter for the pumps. I was having trouble locating what I needed so I reached out to customer service via chat and they provided me the adapters I needed for free. I was expecting and happy to pay as I purchased the items not realising I needed the extras. They also made chatting with them easy- some companies chatting online is difficult.

I am very disappointed with both Tommee…
I am very disappointed with both Tommee Tippee and Baby Bunting regarding the handling of a faulty Tommee Tippee Supersteam Electric Steam Steriliser.
The unit was purchased from Baby Bunting Hoppers Crossing in July 2024 and was used exactly as intended. It was regularly cleaned, descaled, stored indoors, and very well looked after. After less than two years of use, the steriliser developed an electrical fault and began tripping the safety switch in my home every time it was turned on, making it completely unusable.
When I contacted Tommee Tippee for support, I was asked to provide numerous photos, answer multiple technical questions, and spend considerable time troubleshooting the issue. After all of that, the only resolution offered was a discount code to purchase another product.
I was then advised that because the retailer’s warranty had expired, there was little that could be done, despite Tommee Tippee’s own warranty information stating that products are covered for two years from the date of purchase.
All other appliances in my home work perfectly fine, and the issue was isolated to this steriliser. The product showed no signs of misuse or damage and had been maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
This does not reflect the level of customer service I would expect from a brand that promotes itself as “Parent Care,” nor the level of support I would expect from a major baby retailer such as Baby Bunting.
Parents deserve better support when a product develops an electrical fault within the advertised warranty period. Based on my experience, I would not recommend either the product or the after-sales service provided.

I can only apologise that you feel unsupported by the process you have been asked to follow after your steriliser developed a fault.
While it is true that we offer two years of warranty, this does only apply to products purchased directly from ourselves.
We will however, always try to help parents and caregivers as much as we can with items purchased elsewhere - which is why we carry out an in-depth troubleshooting process to see if there is anything we can do.
It is unfortunate that the problem has occurred outside of your warranty with Baby Bunting as well as a timeframe that we could potentially support further.
While we are limited in how we can assist, we can see that our Parentcare Specialists has offered you a gesture to try and support you as best as we can, and can only apologise if this didn't meet your expectations.
If there is anything you need in the future, I do hope you will consider reaching out to us again.

Tried swapping the tray water and ensuring it was cool water.
Wouldn't recommend.
Attempted to contact the company as per their reply. Initially spoke with AI, re-explaining the issue. Stated would hand me over to a customer service agent. Hung around for 30 mins, no one came on line. Again, disappointing!

I reached out to see what support I could get as I have a baby on the way and am experiencing extreme financial hardship at the moment. Pacifier packaging
I ordered this specific pacifier in amazon even it took almost 2 weeks to come. I was so disappointed because the packaging is not up to a level for baby’s hygiene. It’s not fully sealed, it looks like anyone can make use of it or can mishandle the product.
