AVOID THIS COMPANY.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I purchased a watch and wasn't informed that it was a pre order, I asked for a refund and was told to wait and be patient for a nice watch, I chose to wait for delivery.
I then recieved another email saying it was running late and to wait another 30 days.
I wasn't prepared to wait any longer so asked for a refund. I was being messed about so I got in contact with my bank natwest who started charge back,
This was also delayed due to no response from tomell.
They have even stopped replying to my emails now.
AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
I HAVE PAID FOR A WATCH AND NOW HAVE NO MONEY AND NO WATCH.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Hello,
I’m genuinely sorry that your watch has taken so much longer than expected. I completely understand your frustration, especially after being given an expected delivery time.
Your order was shipped, but unfortunately it appears to be stuck with the delivery company. I’ve already contacted them, and they are currently investigating what has happened to the parcel.
As soon as they confirm the parcel is lost or cannot be delivered, I will immediately give you the choice of a full refund or a brand-new replacement watch. I won’t leave you without a solution.
I’m very sorry for this inconvenience. But I will do everything resolve this for you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Kind regard
Tomas.

I have already given this company a 5 star review based on the purchase of the rainbow 🌈 gold watch which I love . The problem I had is what to do when I wear silver jewellery? . I solved this by purchasing the silver version of the rainbow 🌈 watch , extravagant yes but I couldn’t resist . Love both watches , they attract so many positive comments . Highly recommend this company .

Fantastic quality jewellry
Ordered a bracelet having been really pleased with the quality of a previous order. Ordered as there was a great discount on the product and was then amazed when a second necklace was provided completely free. The delivery was really fast, the products are of the highest quality. Couldn't recommend this company more - so happy with them.
