Account id 580102. Still not resolution of my account. The only issue is that i have earned profit. Tradex has put my account on hold for more than 10 months now. They do not have any answer to why they are not releasing my funds

Closing position is difficult
Closing position is difficult, previously it is easy to close the deal but in this wave or app it is difficult to close the position, many of the script is not available like lead natural gas spot sensex option chain etc.

Rs.5000 remittance on 4.4.26 not yet completed
Hi,
My deposit of Rs.5000on 4.4.26 has not yet been credited to my trading account Id:B21206. Earlier, I wrote about it and your company has acknowledged the complaint and promised to resolve the same soonest but as I write now, the same has not been resolved.
The simple complaint has already taken more than 7 days and not yet resolved.
Please redressal the grievance and resolve the issue soonest. Someone has to just see the account statement of Rajesh in Axis Bank (where the amount was remitted) and upon confirmation, need to credit my account since the remittance is complete.
Do this has to take 7 days? Are we dealing with professional company whose internal controls and problem solving machinery are so fragile?
Please do the needful at the earliest after which I will give key critical feedback to improve your trading platform function seemlessly.
