I had an idea of what I wanted, but they walked me through everything to make sure I got the best equipment for me without overpaying. Shipping was fast, everything came perfect. Just an easy experience.

Had myself thoroughly confused about replacing my 25-year old Conrad Johnson power amp. Ryan listened to me ramble, did not try to upsell me, and we landed on the magnificent Modwright kwa99. A week later, the Modwrights arrived (drop shipped from Modwright) and I couldn't be happier.

I came to apologize. I was totally convinced that what I thought was what really happened, but I did not remember correctly, Their staff patiently tried to figure what I thought was wrong with a series of transactions and I finally pieced together that I was just remembering wrong. (Senior moment is my only excuse.)

Hey not often you get the chance to contribute 20% of the reviews of a company. Important to be fair then:
The item purchased is, as expected, excellent. The price I eventually paid was very competitive so that’s all good. You do have to be careful with TMR though. Their communication by email is extremely slow, often several days between each reply. I found copying in their "VP Customer experience” helped. You also have to be very persistent. I asked four or five times whether the item had its original packaging, manuals etc and these questions were ignored so until unboxed I didn’t get an answer (which was no and presumably why the question was ignored). Their packaging was very good and safe but the original does add value on resale. Finally screenshot the adverts to check you get what is advertised. Mine promised audiophile quality connects included which were less than a third of the length they advertised. They played fair and reimbursed the difference though. So overall great item but only fair service

Attempted to trade my speakers towards a newer version of the same pair in good faith. I did receive a response on the trade within the 2 day response time. I responded within an hour with additional photos as requested. No response. Followed up again asking for an update. Again no response. Then TMR sold the speakers out from under me and again with no follow up. Then I contacted them directly afterwards to voice my displeasure with the entire process and once again they ghosted me with no response. Apparently this is how they treat customers who have an established a track record over the last 4 years. It's all great as long as you're spending money but the first instant you need a timely response or customer service you're ghosted. I'm ghosting TMR now on any future business and you have been forewarned.

I purchased some used speakers from here, and they came with stands.
Unfortunately, the stands arrived in unusable condition.
While it took longer than I might have liked, the company not only got me a replacement, they sent me brand new stands to replace the used ones.
That's the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back.

I submitted a form to get a quote and their automated email stated I would receive a response from them in 1-2 days, but I was completed ignored, no response at all. Shady impression with this company for sure.
