I ordered an expensive ring light from DVeStore a couple of months ago. My power adapter quit working on me so I reached out to their support to ask if they sell replacements. With no questions asked Matt sent me a new one at no charge. It's this kind of service that will lead me to doing business with these guys again.
Great customer service and fast shipping. Placed an order for equipment I needed to have overnighted and it was promptly processed. Received tracking information the same day and got the delivery as scheduled.
I recently made a purchase after reading about a Rode product online. Once I decided to make the purchase of the Rodecaster I started looking for the best price, and found an online company that I was somewhat familiar with. But before I decided to go with them, I contacted DVEstore in Everett, WA.
Much to my surprise I received an email immediately from one of their sales people. Joel confirmed that they could match the price, but before that he asked questions to make sure this was what I needed. He didn't try to up-sell me, nor point me in another direction (I'm sure he would have if this wasn't what I needed).
He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and guided me through my purchase. The golden ticket was that another one of DVEstore's employees did a follow up email, thanking me for my purchase, and to contact them with any questions that I might have. Well, you bet I did.. I contacted Joel, and within an hour i got an email reply answering my questions about mics.
