Tiimely Home Arvostelua

Great service, quick and easy. Made the whole refinancing process very painless. Thank you!

Tiimely Home have been perfect. Super quick and responsive, excellent interest rates, and really easy to go through everything required. Have been with them on two mortgages now 👍

Thank you to the Tiimely Home team and helping me secure my first Australian home loan. Jarryd from the Credit Assessor team, was fast and efficient with answering my numerous questions. At times when further assistance was required, the customer service team were more than helpful and provided the information I was seeking. In today’s digital world, it is nice to have a human experience, by being able to speak with the Tiimely team as and when necessary. I hightly recommend Tiimely for homes loans.

We refinanced two weeks ago, and they have spammed me with multiple emails and text messages every day since about leaving them a review, some as early as 7am. Super annoying company.

Trix and Veronica were both amazing at walking me through everything. This was definitely the best experience I've had with a bank in the last 30 years.

Great local service. We were referred by our cousin and extremely happy with the professional and friendly nature. Highly recommend.

Lower interest rate. Customer agents are friendly.

We were so grateful for such a fast response to our application for a home loan. The application process was uncomplicated and the support from the tictoc staff was efficient and professional. L

Thank you for helping us by our family home!

I was incredibly impressed with TicToc quick and effective approval process. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free.

I received approval in a matter of days, which was a pleasant surprise.

Moreover, the Tictoc interest rates were competitive, and the loan option perfectly suit my needs.

Overall, I can't express enough how satisfied I am with the bank's services. Their efficiency and professionalism in approving my home loan truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend TicToc to anyone in need of a home loan.

Thank you to the snazzy and on-point Tic Toc for helping us secure our home loan in less than a week. Specifically, a big heartfelt thanks to Sarah Nguyen - our credit assessor who was always so wonderfully responsive and succinct, leaving us feel like she actually cares. And then there was Greg in the call centre - he was great to talk to and came across as understanding and helpful. The live chat function was always super fast and helpful and I love the fact it operates on a weekend. To quote Kylie Minogue, it was a ‘5 star experience’.

Honestly best bank experience ever. Communication was amazing, the entire home loan application process flawless and any time I had to call to discuss or ask a question, every single person I spoke to was helpful, knowledgable and friendly. 1000% recommend.

My experience with Tic:Toc was brilliant. Having used banks for home loans in the past it was quicker, easier, much more organised and personalised.
All the staff I spoke to were knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
I would definitely recommend you use this excellent service.

Fast, efficient and easy to understand.

The Tic Toc: client representative, Resham answered my questions with professionalism and knowledge, it was a very fast turnaround too. Thank you and I highly recommend Tic Toc: to anyone who needs a home loan solution.

The experience was incredibly fulfilling, and the communication from Trix was exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend their services. Once again, thank you Trix for all your hard work and dedication.

Tic Toc was very helpful fast and easy to deal with.
Highly Recommended!

Pretty simple to use, good follow up by phone when required.

Low-interest rate compared to other products in the market. I really surprised to see the responses I got from Tic:Toc for my queries, also acknowledges they are not chat boats but real people. Really appreciate your effort to make customers happy.

The application process was simple and providing additional information was easy. Our loan representative communicated well and was friendly and respectful.
