Tiimely Home Arvostelua

Sam was a great broker who worked quickly, was responsive, and had great communication. Had to settle in a short period of time and needed someone to guide us through getting a reasonable rate and turnaround time. He made it happen.

Will be using Sam again!

Already with tiimley and the refinance was seemless

Very good process. Generally fast responding and human in their approach. Buying a house is very stressful, but they took as much out of it as they could.

Sam was truly amazing and took a lot of the stress and thinking away from us having to secure a loan for a quick settlement. He gave me accurate advice and figures at the very beginning, negotiated a better rate and found a product that suited our needs.

I could trust Sam to just “get it done”. Nothing was too much trouble.

We will use Sam again in the future.

Sam was so helpful in our refinancing by providing the best option for us to perform home renovations.

Veronica has been extremely helpful and transparent throughout the entire loan application process. I highly recommend that you use TimelyHome and use Veronica as your broker.

Veronica “Ronnie” is fantastic to work with - she is always contactable and very quick to respond to questions or queries. The process has been smooth and helpful with Ronnie’s support.

Sam was wonderful from the beginning. He took the time to understand my circumstance and trusted that he was working in my best interest. His communication was very responsive to the the many questions I had as a first time home owner.

I had a great experience with Timely Home. From start to finish, the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I was guided through every step of the process, all from the comfort of my living room, which made the entire journey smooth and stress-free. Their support and professionalism really stood out. I highly recommend Timely Home to anyone looking for a seamless and supportive service.

The team at Tiimely home was great. Very friendly and supportive, they found us not only a better deal in our previous loan, but also a way to cross-collateralise our new loan with the equity from our investment property. I wouldn't have been able to do this by myself.

Quick responses and Stacey kept me informed about all the steps.

I highly recommend Sam and his specialty team of brokers at Tiimely Home Loans. Sam made the whole process so quick and easy compared to the previous bank and the rate at the new bank was better too. Thank you Sam, best loan experience I’ve ever had.

Tiimely was so helpful and responsive. The team made the process incredibly easy.

Quick and easy fast approval.
I thank the concerned Team to patiently hear us and re-review the documents submitted for their approval.

The online pre approval application process is very easy, and the prompt communication over the phone also makes it an easy and enjoyable experience

My broker was responsive and proactive, and very supportive throughout the settlement process.

Responsive, informative and great overall service. I was surprised how easy the process was using the broker service at Tiimley. Darlene was particularly attentive and proactive, updating me regularly and explaining anything I wasn’t sure of.
Ultimately I was able to refinance quickly and easily with a more than competitive rate. Thank you!

Super easy to reach them via phone or online chat. They were always available to answer any questions I had and quickly got everything sorted.
