Bookings cancelled

Booked tickets for Madame Tussaud’s and the Tower of London a few weeks ago for trip next week. Have just had an email cancelling both due to “a technical error” and that I should rebook through attraction site. Very annoying. Don’t book with this company if you value your plans.

While technical issues like this happen very rarely, we took the proactive step of cancelling and fully refunding your booking immediately to ensure you didn't face any issues or find yourself turned away at the attraction entrance.

We understand the disappointment this caused your family, but our priority was ensuring you weren't inconvenienced at the gate. We have been helping families book days out for many years and are working hard to ensure this remains an isolated incident.

Sky engineers who came to installed new equipment for full fibre broadband they were efficient tidy and very friendly explaining everything that they had done

Decent discounted tickets and fast

Decent discounted tickets and fast, efficient service. We went to Sealife London in the morning and on the London Eye in the afternoon. Had a bit too much time to kill before the London Eye so called customer service to see if anything could be changed - they suggested we just ask to go on earlier - which we did, and were allowed to. A brilliant day out. Highly recommend Picniq for cheaper tickets!

The only thing that would have made things easier was to add the two things to my basket and pay all together, but it seemed I had to check out for each purchase. Not a biggie though.
