Communication was very good
Communication was very good, we received an email with collection code well in advance of the MotoGP.
On arrival at, The Chang circuit we found the collection point very easily and picked up our tickets.
I must add, the main Grandstand is well worth the extra, as you can see 90% if the track.

Worth It
Using the Japan GP page to purchase tickets, in my opinion is worth paying the slightly elevated prices, we were able to purchase tickets in the specific grandstands we wanted before the offical ticket sales started (I assume they have some sort or partnership with the offical outlet), meaning we didn’t have to try and compete with everyone else when the ticket sales went live. Communication was well explained and tickets arrived about 2/3 weeks before race, no issues scanning tickets on entry etc.

Pas erreur j'ai fait 2 fois la même commande mais une avec un bon cadeau. Ticketsgp s'est rendu compte de mon erreur et a proposé de me rembourser la commande sans bon cadeau. J'étais passé par PayPal pour une réclamation mais elle n'a pas abouti et c'est Ticketsgp qui m'a contacté pour confirmer l'erreur et me proposer le remboursement.
