Deceitful €50 management fee!
Really annoyed to see €50 management fee. What an absolute con! Why companies dress up additional fees after displaying an advertised price.
Such practices are deceitful and should be regulated against.
Left a really bad taste, when purchasing a leisure experience such as this.

Regarding seat selection, at this moment, exact seat selection is not available because seat allocation is fully managed by the official circuit and our upstream supplier. Unfortunately, we do not receive specific seat numbers in advance, only the seating category. Seats are then assigned as best available within that category.
As for the 65+ discount, discount policies are fully controlled by the event organizer and may change from season to season.
We understand this may be disappointing and truly appreciate your understanding. If you need help choosing the best available option, our support team is always happy to assist.

Wij komen net terug uit Qatar en het was allemaal top geregeld! De kaarten kregen we netjes een week van tevoren. En het scannen bij het circuit probleem alle drie de dagen.

De vergüenza, compre las entradas con muchísima antelación, no me dejaron seleccionar asientos y me asignaron los peores asientos del circuito, detrás del muro que no se veía nada. No merece la pena comprar con antelación.

Lamentamos muchísimo que su experiencia con los asientos no haya sido la esperada. Entendemos perfectamente su frustración.
Por desgracia, no podemos garantizar asientos concretos, ya que la asignación depende completamente de la alocación que recibimos directamente de los organizadores del evento. En algunos circuitos también existen elementos como muros u otras estructuras que no siempre conocemos con antelación, y lamentamos sinceramente que esto haya afectado a su visibilidad.
Apreciamos mucho que haya compartido su opinión. Trabajamos continuamente para mejorar y trasladaremos sus comentarios al organizador para evitar situaciones similares en el futuro.
