Bought Tibatoes for my grandson. My granddaughter has one.
He absolutely loves it, pulling and trying to open and shut. Pull the jigsaw bits on and off . He absolutely loves it. Great for little fingers and minds.

Not receive my parcel which was ordered over two weeks ago. Despite confirming my address and being told it’s been dispatched. To which the couriers have confirmed the parcel has not been collected yet.

Don’t anyone buy from here there products just fall apart I brought 3 goggles for my holiday I purchased these on the 13th of July they took a over a week to be delivered I went in my holiday on the 31st of July wore them for the 1st time while we was away and they broke I contacted them when I got back and they refused me anything because it’s out of there 20 day replace or refund policy so I’m not sure what I’m suppose to do with a faulty pair of goggles when I spent nearly £50

Order took roughly the 10 days as it says to arrive. Good quality goggles.

Placed an order on 9th July. Still haven't received my items and after multiple requests for refund I keep being today it was been sent and I'll receive it in 3 days. Still nothing. AVOID

Would give 0 stars if it would let me. Do not waste your money! I ordered 3 pre schooler busy books and got sent one with 2 supposedly wipeable small books, pens are not wipeable and book is ruined after one use. The matching activities have numbers and answer next to each other. The planets and dinosaurs on the big book don’t even say which is which, so if I don’t know as an adult how on earth is a pre schooler going to know what is right. Paid so much for this and isn’t even worth £5 each! Disgusting and an absolute scam

If I could give zero stars I would. Contacted them to cancel my order less than 5 minutes after placing it as the items in my basket had been changed. They refused. They break UK consumer law. Avoid at all costs.

The product is cheap, you have to build it all yourself, it's flimsy, not what it looks like, small and overpriced junk. Better shopping on Shein and Temu for a fraction of the cost. Waste of $130

Great products perfect for both my children and grandad for our holidays.
There fit perfect are really comfortable and great quality. Love the little box they come in to keep them safe too :-)

The representatives, Lauren and associates were very kind, supportive, quick and efficient in dealing with both their correspondences with me via email. They were ready to solve any issues or concerns that I have which is very much appreciated.. I would recommend this company hands-down.

Ordered 2 pairs of goggles. Never received them due to a fault with the courier service. Only gave a partial refund and wouldn’t refund delivery even though I never received anything and the fault was with themselves. Took weeks to get them to sort out and a good number of different members of staff that have no idea what’s going on. Avoid!!!

Ordered a busy board that was marketed for babies. I gave it to my child when she was around 9 months old. The Velcro dots on the puzzle pieces started coming off the second day she played with it, which is of course a huge choking hazard. I emailed the company to let them know and they agreed the product was faulty and asked if I would like a replacement. I said yes. The next day I got an email saying because I had ordered the product over 50 days before, I could only get a 20% off coupon. I mentioned that the product was faulty, and therefore according to the ACCC I was entitled to a refund or replacement. After a lot of back and forth and finally threatening to report them to the ACCC, they sent me a replacement. I ended up sewing on the Velcro dots since more came off easily.

I wish I can upload a picture of what I received from them for an item ( My Preschool Busy Book) that values £24 and then when you report your dissatisfaction to them, they will just offer you 20% to avoid returns because they know it is rubbish. Do not fall a victim like me. They are scammers. I wish I had come to read people's reviews on Trustpilot before buying because the reviews on their platform are fake, they are Ai generated.
Customer service experience is not too bad. The preschool busy book I ordered didn't meet my expectation. What they display is nothing like what you will receive. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. I hate giving bad reviews but I am doing this because I Do not want people to fall a victim like me.

Ordered the goggles July 13 during the buy 1 get 1 free sale, and received them today July 24. I received communication throughout the 11 days letting me know where in the delivery process we were.

Son put them on immediately and went straight to the pool..currently using them with no leakage.

My only caution is ( and I may have missed it somewhere), but the buy1/get 1 free have to be the same color. I had a green pair and a pink pair ordered but it reverted to the last color ordered...pink. Thankfully my son is fine with pink and blue in his own backyard!!

I honestly expected more. The way the preschool busy book is advertised is completely different to the actual product itself.

1.) the Velcro dots cover up images and numbers meaning you have to put them in corners making it harder to remove and easier to destroy.

2.) this comes with markers however there is nothing within the book that requires markers.

3.) because of the way the items are packaged (in a bag rather than a box as advertised) the pop outs came bent up.

4.) in the dinosaur section it names Pterosaur which is not classified as a dinosaur but a flying reptile making this incorrect to be teaching a child.

4.) the weather section is odd. A rainbow is not weather it is a phenomena caused by weather making this incorrect information. This section also states to match corresponding items to the weather - umbrella (the image is of a deceased umbrella which is inappropriate), a fan, an ice cream, a scarf, a house (the imagery is actually of a castle which I feel could be confusing for a child but also what does a house have to do with weather).

5.) there is some repetitiveness throughout the book.

6.) where is the tracing that is advertised to be part of the book there’s isn’t a single tracing page. It also is advertised as being double sided activities which it is not.

7.) the quality is poor, it is flimsy and easily bent which doesn’t go well with younger children.

8.) the image quality is ridiculous for an educational product that is being payed for.

9.) the amount of time is takes to pop all the cards out and stick all of the Velcro dots I just don’t feel is worth it (I’ll add that there is a video of the item coming with everything already popped out and in separate bags which would be great to avoid such a tedious task)

Overall, while the concept is wonderful and could really be amazing, it just has not been executed properly making the product look cheap and poorly made. I would happily pay more for a product that was good quality rather than pay what I did for something I could have made. You have an amazing concept so it was disappointing.

The communication between Tibatoes and myself was good. It was clear when items were shipped and would be delivered. The product (goggles) were as shown in the ads, and are easy to tighten. I don't think they are a universal fit, and are a little large for my petite 6 year olds face. But they fit nicely for my 6 year old. They are a good product for messing around at the pool, but wouldn't be terrific for actual speed swimming.

Great product, great comms. Kiddo loves the goggles, and the grown ups are jealous!
