I bought the swimming goggles and my child absolutely loves them. They are so comfortable and they don't leak into the eyes. The goggles come with a box to store them which is great and I bought another pair of my other child.

The on line help from those who work at Tibatoes was amazing and very kind. I would recommend this website to anyone and everyone. Your level of understanding of customers is top notch!

Took a little bit longer to get here than expected but I was no problem for me as I got updated all along. Item was as described and I was happy with everything. Would order again and would recommend

Not what they make them out to be on social media don't fall for it.

Bought 2 pairs for the kids and an adult version. The adult version broke after one session with a load of diving the lense snapped in the middle. Kids find theirs really uncomfortable and let water in.

Just poor quality and customer service. Because we ordered well in advance of our trip due to all the feed back on how long shipping takes. They then said that it has been too long from our order to when I had used them and they broke.
So sorry no refund or replacement.
Can't recommend at all.

Ordered goggles for holiday, initially impressed until the clip fell off after using them for a week. Contacted customer services to be told they don’t offer replacement clips and it’s outside the replacement window.

Ordered almost a month ago and still have not received?! Then i got an email asking how my littles are liking the. ALSO i should have none these are trash from alibaba/ temu just branded with a website. I WANT MY MONEY BACK - you can keep this trash

Bought the TibaToes™ Montessori Preschool Busy Book
I paid 49.99AUD and I have honestly received better quality activity books for $20 from TEMU!
It’s very flimsy, it shipped in a bag when the video shows a nicely packaged box.
The pictures are very low quality.
You have to pop out the stick on cards AND attach your own Velcro dots! For $50AUD I didn’t expect assembly not included.
Not only that but the paper the pop outs are printed on is so poor that while popping them out they bend and rip!
I’ve had to laminate them myself before being able to attach the Velcro and let my toddler use.
Not worth it

The shipping took forever, not as advertised at purchase. The goggles are just like any other cheap Amazon goggles (literally the exact same ones). The customer service was terrible when I tried to cancel my order before the items shipped because it had been almost a week and they hadn't been delivered to the carrier yet. After receiving them (late), I tried to return them, to which I was told I had to pay return shipping. This is an absolute unorganized racket - selling cheap Amazon goggles marked up, with awful shipping times, customer service, etc. We are not happy with our experience.

I purchased a preschool busy book from this company after it was recommended to me. On the product page, it looked like there were three different cover colours for the same book, so I chose the spaceman cover. Unfortunately, I was completely wrong. It wasn’t just a different cover – it was an entirely different version of the book. It makes no sense to sell different versions on the same product page, as it’s incredibly misleading.

The problems started as soon as my order arrived. There weren’t enough stickers included to complete the activities. After several emails back and forth with customer service, they eventually sent the missing stickers, but they didn’t arrive until well over a week later.

Then I discovered that many of the pages in the book were printed in greyscale instead of colour. For a preschool learning book that teaches colours, this makes absolutely no sense. For example, the activity page is grey while the matching stickers are in colour. How is a child supposed to learn colours when the page they’re matching to isn’t even printed in colour?

After days of emailing customer service, one representative even told me the pages were supposed to be black and white. That clearly wasn’t true, as the product photos for the exact book I purchased showed the pages printed in full colour. I even sent them screenshots as proof.

Their solution was to offer me a 60% refund for a product that I believe was falsely advertised, which I refused. I escalated the issue through PayPal, and thankfully PayPal found in my favour and issued me a full refund. Afterward, the company emailed me as though they had refunded me out of goodwill. No – PayPal refunded me because of the dispute.

I usually read reviews before buying from a company, and I really wish I had this time. Their reviews are full of similar complaints, and after my experience I would never purchase from them again. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless you’re prepared for misleading product listings, poor quality control, and frustrating customer service.

Goggles look great at first but have poor quality plastic that breaks not fit for purpose. I had to cancel one order due to be sent to late 4 weeks ago struggling to obtain a refund have given up on the broken ones. I would avoid!

Lovely concept and the plain goggles very good - the ones with the prism lens did within the first 10 mins of use in the bath though - so wouldn’t recommend those

Pathetic excuse for a company. Item never arrived and had me going in circles saying they are waiting for the item to get back to them before they refund. Dont use them for anything. They are a scam.

Googles never turned up emailed Tibatoes, said they were looking into this and never heard anything back, customer service absolutely appalling!

To now find out they’ve not even escalated the missing items, I ordered these items on the 15th June.

Please AVOID this company I don’t think they are legit!

I ordered goggles X2 in the back to school sale and specifically paid more to have them shipped with royal mail.

After waiting nearly a week a finally got a dispatch notice that they had where going to ship with Evri (let's not get started on how bad they are). Contacted them immediately to advise they hadn't shipped it correctly.

After some back and forth of them denying they had shipped it incorrectly and me sending screenshots of my order they eventually agreed to refund me. This was all before they had dispatched the goggles.

Only to the next day, they dispatched the goggles to Evri. I contacted them again, only for them to deny promising a refund. Again provided screenshots to be told no they can't refund as they have dispatched.

I raised a chargeback and told them that I was going to deal with it this way as clearly at this point I have no faith.

Cue a barrage of emails including a lengthy email from the original employee who promised the refund to take responsibility for their error and basically ask me to cancel the chargeback and they'll refund me. I refused. They asked again and told me they can't refund when I have a chargeback. I told them you can refund me via the chargeback.

Very pushy to try to get me to cancel my chargeback, clearly trying to avoid refunding people as of you cancel a chargeback it's not possible to chargeback again.

Really avoid. There practices are very sketchy at best.

We felt that we gone cheated. We bought a set of 3x and only 1x stated tibatoes. The other 2 didn't state anything. Can be like purchase from elsewhere and just delivery it together.

On August 9th, I received swimming goggles for my 12-year-old son. The product was shipped from a warehouse in Coppell, TX.

Upon receipt, the goggles have a solid nose cover that creates an airtight seal over the nose, preventing my child from being able to breathe. This makes the product defective and unsafe for its intended use by a child.

When I contacted the company to request a return for defective/unsafe product, they stated the nose cover is "part of the design" and classified my request as a preference exchange, not a defective return.

They are now requiring me to pay return shipping to one of their return hubs:
- Bristol, UK
- Poland
- North Hills, CA

While the product was shipped locally from Coppell, TX, the returns are directed internationally at the customer's expense.

I offered to return the item immediately if they provide a prepaid label, which is standard for defective merchandise. They refused and said return shipping is my responsibility.

Bought Tibatoes for my grandson. My granddaughter has one.
He absolutely loves it, pulling and trying to open and shut. Pull the jigsaw bits on and off . He absolutely loves it. Great for little fingers and minds.
