I reordered tape. It came inside a severly dented can which was inside a mailing envelope. If sending orders of tape in a tin can, it should definitely be sent out in a rigid box to save the integrity... Näytä lisää

As we discussed via email, our forwarder typically delivers within 2-3 days 95% of the time, though occasional delays do occur. Unfortunately, your order was placed late Sunday night, and it was delivered on the following Saturday. And we apologize for that. We were sorry to read that you were not open to an appropriate solution from us, as we would have liked to give you something in return such as a discount for a next order or something else to resolve this for you, but instead we resorted to leaving a 1 star review about our company in general.

When my order was delayed
When my order was delayed, the problem was resolved promptly, but I had to complain first and communication was slow. There needs to be a way to call with a problem. The info @ company name is not a good way to handle customer questions.

Wonderful customer service
I ordered a box of the tape and they sent the wrong one, the beauty versus the gentle. I sent an email in explaining the problem. And right away not only I heard back, but they also sent me the correct one and told me to keep the one that they had sent. Not only is the tape wonderful, but so is the customer service.

Easy to use and they work
easy to order and fast shipping. Directions for use were very good. The physical therapist I was seeing used cups to ease pain from a strained muscle and highly recommended this brand.

No Other Tape Will Do
This is the best tape on the market. My clients report tape lasting up to 10 days. Unlike the previous tape I used, this tape doe not feel itchy when wet and dries efficiently.

Perfect starter kit and great customer service
I really wanted the intro kit for canines and it was out of stock. I contacted customer service who responded really fast and made the effort to contact me when they were back in stock. I was super grateful as my corgi has a fractured carpal bone and taping is perfect for stability. Great kit and great customer service!
