I’m really impressed with this class. It’s been such a positive experience for my daughter,not just in what she learned, but in how she’s grown in confidence and mindset. The focus on teaching the kids how to think like a boss, take initiative, and believe in their abilities. I also appreciated how the class encouraged independence, leadership, and self-expression in a supportive environment. It’s more than just a class…it’s a space that builds strong, self-assured young children .
I would definitely recommend this to any parent who wants their child to grow in confidence, leadership, and self-belief.

My daughter had a wonderful experience with Little Bosses. The program taught her practical entrepreneurship skills in a fun and engaging way, and the pop-up cupcake shop was an excellent hands-on opportunity to apply what she learned. I appreciated the opportunity for her to build confidence through the experience. It exposed her to real-world skills at an early age. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Little Bosses Academy in Trinidad and Tobago was excellent. The program was well-organized and provided a meaningful, hands-on introduction to entrepreneurship for children.

Little Bosses allowed my daughter to see herself in a new light. She not only learnt excellent life skills such as financial planning and literacy, time management, task delegation and idea execution, but she also found her talent for public relations and effective communication.

As a parent, I was so impressed by the Little Bosses program! My child had a fantastic experience. It was truly amazing to watch the children learn practical skills such as teamwork, confidence, creativity, and basic business in such a fun and engaging way. Miss G and Miss P connected so well with the children and made them feel empowered to step up, take ownership, and truly see themselves as “bosses.”

The program was well organised and gave my child an invaluable opportunity to be part of a real business by sharing ideas, helping to shape the business plan, and actually selling their product in a real store. By the end, my child was incredibly proud of what they had achieved with Barry’s Bakehouse. The first-class graduation ceremony was the perfect finishing touch.

I would highly recommend this program to any parent looking for an entrepreneurial, holistic experience that is enriching, inspiring, and empowering for their child.

Allowing my children to attend the Little Bosses Academy has been a truly rewarding experience. As a children’s evangelist, it reaffirmed my understanding of the great capacity children have when they are properly guided and given opportunities to grow.
Seeing them handle tasks independently showed they are capable of far more than we often assume. It has also encouraged me to be more intentional in helping my children take on age-appropriate responsibilities at home.

What an amazing experience from start to finish!
2 of my kids enrolled in the academy's entrepreneurial programme under the leadership of Giselle having enjoyed their previous educational summer sessions with her. I watched in utter shock as even my 5 year old daughter participated in zoom meetings with a sense of belonging and was fully engaged in the discussions, making her contributions confidently.
The sessions were stimulating and Giselle delivered every topic with a level of understanding that allowed even the youngest members to grasp the concepts of what it takes to run a business.
They also embarked on the practical side of things where the kids got their hands in flour and sugar and applied all they were taught to produce items that they could sell and be proud of. Money sense matters and it was so beautiful to watch the kids fully engrossed in their project and feel super proud of their success.
I highly recommend Little Bosses to any parent looking for a unique educational experience for their child that is both academic and fun! Giselle is amazing with the kids and her educational background really shines through in the way she runs her courses for the kids.
