Purchased a Christmas LED decoration which worked great in the first year, but unfortunately the transformer plug 'failed' the following Christmas. I could not find a replacement online, so I wrote to 'This Is It Stores' for help. The response and follow-up were very prompt, and although the decoration was technically out of warranty I was sent a replacement free of charge. Great to see that some companies are actually helpful post-purchase.

Cannot fault this company’s customer service first class. There was a problem with the product and a replacement was sent by express immediately. There was also the option of refund. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Four days ago I had a problem with an TII product. Today it was completely resolved!!! This is the first time of dealing with this company, but it certainly will not be the last! Probably the best customer after care I have ever encountered. Many many thanks. 😘

I ordered a Trail gazebo from this company a few weeks ago, via Amazon. It arrived promptly and we were very pleased with the product. It then became clear, however, that one zip on the gazebo was faulty. I contacted the company by email and received a replacement within a couple of days. The customer services department in this company is excellent and customers are clearly valued and treated with respect. It deserves to continue to flourish. Well done!

Contacted TII directly after no help from Amazon for a foam roller which didn't last anywhere near as long as it should have. Prompt reply from TII and the item was replaced at no charge. Excellent, fast and polite Customer Service. Great work TII.

I can’t praise this company highly enough for the quality of their customer service. I had an issue with one of their products and one email was sufficient to start the process which led to a resolution I was 100% happy with. I would use this company again, in a heart beat. Ordered a weighted hula hoop which arrived very speedily, two days before estimated delivery. Unfortunately it was in very slight disrepair presumably from the post. Contacted TII and was refunded without any hassle. Product was otherwise of good quality.

In the future I will know that ordering anything from TII will be a good experience.

Was a pleasure dealing with a company that treats customers with respect and refunds without any quibbles.
The item we ordered wasn't quite what we wanted but nevertheless was of good quality and reasonably priced. Return costs reimbursed without quibble and we will certainly be following 'This is it' online to view other items.
We are also planning a visit soon when we are in the area.

Ordered two tunnels. Put first one up easily and found it to be very good quality and juat what I wanted, fitting over my raised bed perfectly. The second tunnel was missing some connectors - not a seller problem, they could not have known as all the bits were well packed inside the box. However the seller responded quickly and got the missing connectors sent from the maker straight away. Glad I chose a UK made product and this company to buy from. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and the tunnels. Thank you This Is It Stores.

I ordered an exercise ball through This Is It on Amazon, was supposed to be 65cm but came up nowhere near (It was the same size as my old 55cm ball which I want to replace as it's the wrong size for my height - so I was able to compare the balls as well as using the measuring tape sent). Whoever I spoke to was nice and said they'd send me a replacement. It took a few days of emails and then a week for it to arrive (even though it was meant to be sent by 'express delivery') to sort it out. But the wrong size ball has been sent to me AGAIN!! And when I emailed them they had the nerve to just send me instructions a couple of days later, implying that it's my fault and not theirs? Of course I followed the instructions in the first place, the difference in sized is vast and it can't be inflated more than it is. I need the ball this week to film videos at home for my Personal Training qualification - I have a deadline for completing the whole course which I will now miss and will have to pay to extend because of this company. This has been going on since middle of November. I've noticed on Amazon other people have had the same issue as me, one customer was sent the wrong size ball 3 times!! I tried to leave a review but it was removed... I'm fuming. They don't seem to check or care what they're sending out to customers. AVOID.

I live in a block of flats but mattress was delivered on correct floor after the driver rang me to say he had arrived.

The reason we gave this rating is the service and delivery was superb and quicker than we expected.
