Good experience of This Is It Stores after a poor experience trying to buy the same product on Amazon. It was possible to speak to someone on the phone who provided helpful advice and they responded promptly and sorted our our issue.

Ordered a Hydro Dinghy it was as described, packed well, delivery very good. Very Pleased with service thank you.

I was a tad dubious, as I had never heard of this company before but the ability to pay via paypal put me at some ease. This is it was great. Prices are really reasonable and I had less problems with there item than I did with an amazon similar product. So yeah, I’m very pleased with the service and and how quick I received our item.
There’s a lot less contact than I am use to but there are numbers and an email should your nerves get the better of you. Again everything went smoothly so it’s all good. 🙏🏽 Thank you.

There were problems with the delivery as they ask you use an app to track the parcel and I needed to tell them that they could deliver to the front door but to my back garden which is in a parallel street. I bought a small shed and it had to go through the house which made social distancing difficult. the shed was assembled but there is a bolt missing and there were several chips in the wood There were no maintenances instructions. This is it behaved very well and refunded me the cost of the shed.

Found what I wanted at a brilliant price. Quick delivery. Very pleased.
