Extremely disappointing experience that completely derailed our holiday plans.
While packing for our trip, we discovered an issue with our old awning. I contacted this company before ordering to confirm whether I could receive one if purchased in time via next-day delivery, and was told it would be possible. Based on that assurance, I paid extra for the service.
Two days later—on the day it was due to arrive—the item still hadn’t left their warehouse. I contacted customer service for an explanation but received no reason, just an offer of a refund. Oddly, they’d already sent the bedroom attachment via next-day delivery, but then insisted I return it before they’d process any refund.
I asked again if they could ship the awning on a true next-day basis, but they flatly refused and offered no real solution. No attempt to help, no consideration of the situation, and no accountability for the delay.
The result? A huge disruption and added stress during our holiday preparations. Sadly, I can’t recommend this company based on our experience.

I purchased a self inflating mattress last year which was used for around 6 nights. I was due to go camping and as normal get all the equipment out and test only to find out the product no longer retains it's inflation. The product is less than a year old used for less than a week and has been stored carefully. As such I made contact with TII through Amazon complaints procedure.

One month later and having had numerous communications with them we are no further forward.

There is no sign of damage externally, no splits on seams, valves material so the problem is internal. They will not accept this insisting I send photos of the failure which I can't determine. We have been round this process numerous times with them stating they want to support but want proof of the failure. I can't demonstrate where this is, similar to having a slow puncture in a tyre you know it's there but can't see it!

The issue is the product only comes with a six month warranty which should I have known I wouldn't have purchased this item, it cost £100. Decathlon sell exactly the same product and it comes with a 2 year warranty.

I have never been treated so badly by a company TII brands Devon should be ashamed of themselves. They talk about valued companies but I don't feel valued at all.

Don't buy from them.

Do not use this company. One month later and emails, web chats and finally one phone call and I am still awaiting a return and refund for a parasol. The incorrect one being sent. I was told Evri were collecting it but they did not! Doubt I'll ever get my money back. Next stage is reporting them.

I ordered through Amazon a camping chair, it arrived but had a missing side pocket which is why I ordered this particular chair.
They did ask me to send a picture, however it was too large so wouldn’t send, I did explain the missing pocket, and asked for it to be sent, twice I reached out, twice no reply. I appreciate it’s only a pocket, however it’s the principle that I would like to receive what I ordered and to have better customer service.

Absolutely appalling company. They received my return through Amazon nearly 2 weeks ago but have not refunded despite me and Amazon messaging them. Avoid at all costs.

Order a sleeping bag through decathlon who used this company as the supplier, Sleeping bag was damaged. waiting 17 days for decathlon to get them to get back to me.

Got an email saying I can be refunded or have a replacement item then they have refused to reply to any further emails.

After 8 emails so far still no replies or conclusion, I would advise anyone to avoid this company and buy direct from a store.

I will give them until the end of today and then look to take further.

Bad store does not reply on amazon, bought a parasol did not come no refund nothing avoid

I ordered from this company . Having placed my order I did not receive a confirmation email. Money was taken from my account. I queried this with customer service and asked when delivery would me made. They kept telling me they could not trace my order and marry it to my email. Could I confirm my details. I did, twice, but still they could not find it and hid behind GDPR saying they could not discuss it until they had verified my details. Getting no where i was about to claim my money back via my bank as i paid by credit card. However, the item arrived the following day...well packaged and good quality. Such a shame customer service is so so bad. I won't order from them again even though the product was good. I dont want to have to put up with such appalling customer service. Clearly they had my order and dispatched it...why couldn't they confirm this....s*** show!

We purchased camping chairs from Amazon. They did not arrive Amazon told us to contact TII direct. We did. Awful customer service. Still no chairs. Contacted Amazon again. Still no chairs. Amazon said contact TII for refund. Guess what no refund. Neither company really want to help. Have now ordered and received new chairs from Blacks within 3 days. Great service. Who knows if we will ever get any refund (£114) but would not recommend either for anything.

Bought a product via a company that sells ‘this is it stores’ products. Awful customer Service and response times. Product faulty and taken over a week to have some sort of acknowledgment and now still waiting on a refund.

If I could I'd give no stars. Terrible company. I cancelled a amazon order within 2 hours of ordering and they refused to cancel and then Sent it out via evri which is a joke. Told me if I didn't want it to send it back. Will never buy from this company again.

This company is a joke ,i placed order .Order was left at wrong house 'after 6 attempts to contact them the parcel eventually arrived,which was faulty ,cant contact these useless people ,£95 out of pocket

I purchased two Christmas battery arch candles from a big online store who sold on behalf of “This is it stores” I recieved both within few days unfortunatly the one had a broken switch I contacted the store immediately where I’d ordered from who emailed This is it stores. They promptly emailed me and sent me another on next day delivery which have received today perfectly working

I sent a Christow bath cabinet back as it was damaged.
It was collected on the 9th of Aug and recieved there end on the 14th.
I still have not had any refund back from them, they keep sending messages via amazon, that they have a back log and my request for a refund has been sent to the relevant dept, still nothing its a joke.
I'm going to get some professional advice as I think they are fobbing me off and I won't get my refund.
This day and age and with how tight money is its disgusting

I purchased a tent carpet through this company on amazon, delivery was quick, but when it arrived it was too small (my error as I did not know the dimensions for my tent). I arranged to return the product, which I did so on 14th August. Amazon shows me it was received by the company on 16th August but refund has still not been processed and it is now 30th.

I have attempted to contact company through Amazon but have not yet heard anything back. Not happy at all with the service.

Bought a tent via amazon with the company. It never arrived, they keep telling me order was cancelled I've not been charged however amazon can also see the item is paid for and order not cancelled. So currently sat £399 out of pocket and no tent which I ordered in plenty time as we're away August 3rd and need it for then. This could jeopardise our holidays! I am frustrated they keep telling me the order is cancelled when it clearly is not and the money is paid. I simply want my tent sent, amazon have kindly stepped in to request a replacement sent ASAP. I just don't know if I will ever recieve the tent or even get it in time. Have 2 very worried children there summer holiday is not happening and an empty bank balance which means I can't afford to order a replacement from anywhere else currently either.

I ordered a windbreak 30th June which did not arrive. Amazon advised the it had been lost in transit. Tii were really unhelpful when I called them only dealing with complaints via online BOT. They suggest I re-order which I did on 6th July and paid again!

Next day delivery via Amazon prime.

The windbreak has still not arrived and they wont help until overdue by 5 days.

Rubbish customer service - now going to stop CC payment as I think it maybe a SCAM or fraudulent company

Awful awful company! Bought a tent, it was damaged! They arranged a courier collection, courier didn't turn up!! I complained, they made out it was my fault! They are refusing to give a refund! Have tried to arrange a different courier to pick up, have had to go out of my way to print another label. This company do not care about customers! Do not buy from them!!

First time buyer I placed my order in April and missed delivery 7th May. I tried to obtain this at my local depot as I have a card to prove I was not home and missed my parcel. However the post office advised they returned back to sender.QUXINHAO Store has not responded or resolved my delivery issue. I have paid for my items and have been robbed. We are in June and still no items
