Excellent communication from all the team, can’t wait for the development to be finished

Buying a property whether for investment or residential reasons can be a stressful and traumatic time. However, working with the both the in-house and extended team at Thrilmere Deacon couldn't be easier.

Their communication and advice through every stage of the process, right from initial contact to completion was/has been second to none.

They care about their clients and understand their needs, proactively directing and supporting all the way.

I will be working with them again very soon and highly recommend the team.

The guys at Thirlmere Deacon have a lot of experience when it comes to wealth creation and asset management. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail have impressed me greatly.
The company has a can do attitude that is a breath of fresh air. I hope that my relationship is a long standing one. And would recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a smart and bespoke service.

Great service. They always follow up on my questions quickly and go the extra mile to help furnish me with the information I need to make an investment decision.

My experience with Thirlmere Deacon has been extremely positive and I would definitely trust on them again in the future. They have a different approach that I perceived as very focused on the investor's side, offering valuable market experience and accompanying their client throughout the entire purchase process. Thanks Stuart and team for the wonderful treat!

Outstanding service! John Tovell at Thirlmere Deacon helped us buy two investment properties and we couldn't be more happy with the service. John was professional and responsive and helped us come up with a solid investment strategy. The process was so much easier than we could have imagined. I highly recommend working with Thirlmere Deacon.

Amazing people !!!! Very professional ...

A very valuable and outstanding service for a first time investor like myself, and one that was extremely appreciated.

I came across Stuart by accident on LinkedIn on one of his videos, talking about what to do with £30K, and this left an impression on me.

From the first contact with Stuart till the contract signing of my first investment property, the service was always nothing but outstanding! Stuart was always on hand to answer questions and guide me through the process, with both information and advice.

I look forward to continue working with him in the future!

Thank you Stuart and team!!

I have been very impressed with the level of customer service provided by both Stuart and Sandi. All of my questions have been answered promptly and comprehensively and I feel that I could not be in safer hands.
