Thirlmere Deacon Property Investment Arvostelua

Just completed my exchange, and I can’t thank TD enough for their incredible support throughout the process. Stuart has been alongside me for the past two years, not only helping me achieve my investment goals but also guiding and educating me as I completed my very first property purchase.

Monique has been equally fantastic - consistently following up to ensure all timelines were met and that everyone involved stayed on track. I’ve never once felt pressured; the TD team truly puts their clients first and is clearly invested in helping them grow their portfolios.

An excellent team to work with - professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. I'm already looking forward to expanding my investment journey with them in the near future!

Been working with Oliver for the last few years on my UK portfolio which is performing nicely, and have now just made my first investment into the Dubai market. Great experience and look forward to securing the next one soon!

the experience was amazing , everything was just so right and attention to details , really liked the journey

Stuart was helpful and professional through the process. Definitely made the experience easier and would work with the TD team again...

Great service from Stuart and the team at Thirlmere Deacon.
Very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process.
Happy to recommend

Leo’s advice and support has been fantastic. He really listens and helped me to find the best investment to meet my needs. He is always professional and very responsive as well as being a genuinely nice guy. Thanks Leo!

The board member based in Dubai will lie to get your money on the deposit, then have the senior [south african] secretary make up stuff without any knowledge whatsoever of what is being offered and you WILL lose money dealing with the business despite their claims of "international" exposure. Total fraud.
Absolutely one should not trust them. There is so much better out there that you can and ought to go with in the property sector.

UPDATE: One should NOT trust this company. They do no DD and recommend an investment on the promise to flip it, after deposit and legal they say it cannot be flipped. On top of that business goes under. DO NOT use this business for your own good.

I found Thirlmere Deacon by chance online and have been really impressed, especially by Leo Hayden. Leo took time to understand what I was looking for, not only in terms of area to invest in but also in term of what my options would be long term with each example. Looking forward to working with them going forward!

Amazing team and amazing experience working with TD during a very difficult process moving to the UK and buying my first property.

Please Be careful. Seems to be all going well initially (ofcourse they are super friendly) and went for the off-plan development to try build a portfolio towards my pension.
then years later, with little substantial updates and only excuses, the developer (Solomon and Empire) seems to have gone bust....

Oliver Mohsen Taheri was a pleasure to deal with, a real professional and always available over whatsapp. I look forward to future business,

Update 10 Jan 2024
Be careful before paying any money to Thirlmere Deacon. In the end, they will say to you SORRY we were cheated by others (Seller and Developer) !!!

After we expect to lose at least 50% of our deposit and maybe more due to the seller not being able to complete the property after more than 3 years. This is Thirlmere Deacon's attitude "We do apologize we cannot be more of assistance on your case....."

Update 01 Mar 2023
Thirlmere Deacon dealing with Solomon Investment Partners and Solomon are nothing but lies and bend the truth, I'm still waiting for any update to progress on site which I'm sure it's not progressed at all.
The first Target date was Dec 2021 (Missed)....
Second target date Dec 2022 (Missed)
The third Target date should be at the end of Q1,2023. (I strongly expect it will also be missed).
Follow my comment...

I will update you regularly again

I had been thinking about buying a property for several months, and had been through all the competing websites. Lots of good information, but not always great follow-up service on enquiries. So I had quite a lot of anxiety about the best location, price and something can meet my requirements. With multi option from "Owen" I had settled on a place to invest in, "Sandi" also was great in following up with all other partners to fit my requirements. Now, I finalized the contract exchange stage and looking forward closing the deal soon.

Date of experience: March 17, 2021

A great team who are very responsive and easy to deal with. Guided me every step of the deal. Highly recommend.

I can't praise Stuart and his team enough! From start to finish, they delivered exceptional service and expertise that stands out from the crowd.

Stuart's unparalleled knowledge of the off-plan property market guided me through every step, ensuring I made the best investment choice. Communication was superb, with quick responses to all my questions.

Their commitment to transparency and integrity is commendable, with no hidden surprises or fees. Thanks to Stuart's guidance, my off-plan property investment has been a huge success. I highly recommend Stuart and his team for smart, profitable property investments and will be continuing our partnership.

Stuart and the team were fantastic with my
purchase. Facilitated a great deal with the purchase of a new build flat in Manchester. No doubt will turn out to be a great investment. Thanos guys!!

To work with the Thirlere Deacon Property is a pleasure! They are very attentive, professional and understanding. Find and suggest exactly what customer needs.
Highly recommended!!!

I have known Stuart for more than 3 years now. He is very professional and helpful. Whenever I had a query he has always sorted it out very quickly.
I would highly recommend Thirlmere Deacon for their honest guidance and for property investment. All the members of the team are really very helpful.

I've been investing into real estate with Oliver Taheri at Thirlmere Deacon for years now, prior to meeting Oliver I had dealt with countless real estate consultants, agents, sales people but after dealing with Oliver I comitted to keeping all my property investment through him for following reasons:
1) He's an expert on the UK and UAE property markets, constantly up to date with reports, economic indicators and statistics to help me make informed investment decisions
2) He’s honest and transparent
3) He’s been in property for over a decade and has the experience needed to advise well

Overall very happy with the Thirlmere Deacon team, I’m achieving strong rental yields and have had good capital growth on all of my property investments through them so far on properties purchased in the UK and Dubai. Always highly recommend them to friends.

I am an Oversea buyer, Thirlmere Deacon supported me to get a property that we love, and helped us through negotiations, completion and conveyancing process. We are very happy with the support and service provided by Thirlmere Deacon staff so far. And I would like to say a massive thank you to Stuart, Savannah, Sandi and Nicole for their amazing support.

End of 2021 I accidentally came across Oliver Taheri when I was remotely toying with the idea of buying a property in Dubai. I didn't have the slightest idea where to start. He and his team turned out a great find as they, rather than just try to sell you any property and make commission, try to look after you in the bigger picture and advise how and maybe where to invest so you get higher returns long term without being pushy. It was really refreshing after having dealt with the odd broker who would sell you anything as long as they made commission. It is a real pleasure dealing with them and I'm nothing but happy with the investment they guided me to make .
