Easy sign up. Real savings over fixed term

I have been trying to enroll in the Think Energy program in Maine for a month. Over that time span I've either gotten a "Something went wrong" or the Renew page shows for an instant and then goes away on both Firefox and Chrome portals.

I've also called Customer Service and they just keep saying to try again to enroll a couple hours later. I also wanted to know about the availability of Solar Farms in Maine. The Customer Service rep said I would get an email with this info. I have not gotten one and it's been over a week. Also, I tried to email at the contact info provided and never got a response. I am not sure what else to do. I am trying to enroll in the program that gives 10% credit for solar usage. I have a 8/17 renew date and they just don't seem concerned about whether I renew or not.

8/3/23 update. I was finally able to renew today. The customer care representative went thru a somewhat involved process with me. I would have never figured it out myself and I am thankful to get a rep. that new exactly what to do.

Customer service is excellent and very knowledgeable as well as actually caring about their customers. Also helps you navigate things in signing up. And even after a few months I had a question and Dan replied instantly. I am very impressed with service and the low price. Highly recommend

The long term stability of their competitive fixed rate takes so much pressure off thinking about what could happen in the winter with rates.

This is a no brainer if you want to save money.

Easy to enroll. Saved close to $50 on this last bill. Easy to see savings down from 17 cents with Ambit to 13.5 cents with Think. Not to mention the additional incentives.

Never met a electricity company that allows you to get rebates, fixed rates and earn an income on the side. This company does that and then SOME!

This company is striving to make a difference and they listen to their consumers. Great experience thus far. Can't wait till community solar is in PA

Expected and got savings on previous rate

Ive tried to become an adviser and both times Ive had to contact your background check third party company who has been rude and unhelpful. Not a very streamlined process and not a good third party company to partner with.
