Requested a return shipping label for an item I bought from them. The shipping label they sent me expired eight days before my return request expired. So when I went to print off the return shipping label they sent me and couldn't because it had already expired, I then contacted them to request a new return shipping label. Their response was to suggest it was my fault that I needed a new shipping label sent. I explained to them that I had nothing to do with the return shipping label they sent me that was all their doing. So after messaging back and forth with them at least 10 to 15 times I accomplished nothing with my return. Throughout the messaging back and forth with them they suggested to me numerous different ways I needed to handle this situation. Including pain for the shipping myself and they would then reimburse me for the item and the shipping cost after they received the return. It clearly states that they are responsible for the return shipping cost, not me. I have repeatedly explained this and other facts to them just to be belittled and talked down to. I have all of the messages that I received and sent during this awful ordeal. The fact that I even need another shipping label is completely their fault and they refuse to admit that or do the right thing and give me another shipping label. I have never been treated in this way by any company/person that i was a consumer from. I ended up having to go through eBay customer service and they finally said that they would send me another return shipping label with no cost to me. eBay's customer service apologized for the way ThinkCar treated me and confirmed that I was in no way at fault. This company should be shut down or giving serious consequences for treating a paying customer like this. Truly unbelievable.
