Dont buy from whem ordering bundles x3 items after send my x2 whey told 3items dont have in stock but whey offers to buy all in one... Dont waste. Time...

We had recently had a bitter experience recently which visiting their showroom to purchase a used Tata Sedan car in exchange of Tata hatch back after price and warranty discussion we where disappointed that they do not provide warranty of non MG brand cars neither do they compromise on price of non MG brand cars for which there is no warranty for vechile from 2017 which we observed after a test drive of Tata Tigor AMT transmission registration number MH02FE9241 as normal all AMT cars have been observed to have issue with the engine and gear transmission which can cause total loss for the buyer of such pre-owned car which may not be case for dealers who sell pre owned cars on a daily basis. Another question is also why are they selling non MG cars when they cannot provide warranty of 6 months or compromise on the price of such pre owned cars of Maruti, Tata, Ford, Mahindra, Toyota and few others brands.

So buyers of such car especially those looking for Automatic, CVT, DCVT, AMT and high end vehicles be prepared for financial losses after paying high prices with no warranty from such dealers

Poor customer service! My device stopped working after 2 months. I tried to contact them and they suggested that they cannot help and offered 20% discount to buy a new device.

I bought my ThinkScan literally a year ago for a specific reason to carry out a DPF regeneration on a Mercedes V220 which show as a Sprinter, but it done what I wanted it to do several time. Finally fitted the new DPF a few weeks ago after a few software updates now unable to carry out a regeneration set vehicle up with a new filter I have raised several times tech support requests asking what I am doing wrong and I have had no response at all. I carried out the the procedure when I first got the machine as I wanted to see the contamination level of filter but once again no response. Would not recommend as once they have you money clearly they don’t care
