We are a company that purchased a Launch X431 Pro5 Smartlink diagnostic device from your website. The unit was delivered to us on 15 December 2025, and everything initially went smoothly.

However, at the end of February 2026 (after only two months of use), the device became blocked by the Launch server and is no longer functional.

The device was delivered on 15 December 2025 and was activated for the first time on that same date. Despite this, the seller claims they do not believe the product came from them. They are demanding a video showing us opening the DHL package with their shipping label, taking out the diagnostic device, and displaying the serial number.

We have already provided:

* the invoice,
* delivery confirmation,
* a photo from the activation date,
* and proof that the activation date matches the delivery date.

The seller is intentionally ignoring the issue and refusing to resolve it.

The diagnostic device was most likely intended for another region, which is why Launch blocked it.

The seller is not handling the warranty claim and is no longer responding.

We will be taking legal action and contacting the European Chamber of Commerce.

We strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this seller’s website and their clone websites, as they appear to operate multiple copies of the same store.

Don't buy from this website. It all looks good at first sight, but my device was delivered with a defect.
Their salesperson directed me to their technical person who redirected me to their salesperson again in WhatsApp.
At first, it seemed like they were willing to send a replacement, but then they started saying "a replacement will take very long" and "are you willing to accept 30 euros and keep the current display?". I kept asking for the replacement and they just started to ignore me. Now they don't reply to my mails, whatsapp messages and tickets anymore. They also don't want to send me an invoice which I asked.

EV code reader did not recognise my 2024 model, and 'tech support' really couldn't care. So they agreed I could return it. But of course I had to return to Belgium office at my own cost of £40+ , however they refused to accept the parcel (all return paperwork accepted by Customs) so it got returned to me. Then 'strangely' they stop replying to emails. Disgraceful.

Purchase of a refurbished X431, 30% cheaper. Payment made via PayPal, and I received an email as a purchase receipt. Twelve hours later, I got another email saying the purchase couldn’t be completed because the item was out of stock, but the seller offered to sell me a new one instead. I replied that I didn’t want it and requested a refund. I received an automatic response saying the company is on vacation for 15 days. It’s impossible to cancel the sale, impossible to reach customer support by phone, and impossible to do anything about it. IT’S A SCAM. STAY AWAY.

I found them when I was searching for where to buy Launch diagnostic tool for my new service business. I ordered everything from them and it come to my address in 5 days. All products are original and great quality and the suppory is also great! I'm recommending this to everyone looking for great diagnostic tools.

Final Update:
After several months of ignoring my warranty claim, the seller offered a refund only after I contacted the manufacturer LAUNCH directly.

The seller required me to remove the defective sensors and return them at my own expense, offered no compensation for installation or removal labor, and stated that a refund of the sensor price would be issued only after they receive the returned items, without any clear guarantees regarding timing or coverage of my additional costs.

I am no longer willing to spend any more time on this matter and do not wish to have any further dealings with this store.
This experience was highly unprofessional and unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this seller under any circumstances.

I recommend the most this online shop because I bought 3 products from them and they delivered very fast with DHL. They have the best price on the market that I found for the Launch products. They help you via whatsup and this is a good advantange. I really had very nice experience.

I purchased a Launch X431 PRO (CRP919X BT) from this shop earlier this year.
The device worked for a short time, then completely failed. I reported the issue in June, well within the valid warranty period, but the seller kept delaying replies for weeks or months, asking me to "try again" until the PayPal dispute window expired.

When I finally contacted Launch Europe, they confirmed this is a re-imported Asian unit, not officially covered under EU warranty — even though the seller presents themselves as an “Authorized EU Dealer.”

After more than three months of messages, I still have no repair, refund, or real assistance. Both PayPal and my bank recognized the delayed communication but said the time limit had passed, leaving me with a 349 EUR defective device and no support.

Be very careful — communication is polite at first, but as soon as there’s a warranty issue, they simply disappear.

Order was fine and easy to make! Is good quality, hope work great.
