Website was easy to find exactly what type of gift I wanted. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the fruit was fresh. It was put together so nice and made me feel so good sending such a beautiful gift to my friend. The courier delivered my gift undamaged and on the same day.

I often buy flowers from Wild Rose. On this occasion my order was delivered to the wrong address and damaged. Wild Rose staff were quickly on to it and sent a lovely replacement. Very happy with their service.

Sympathy flowers
Thank you for organising sympathy flowers for me. The bereaved family received it and acknowledged it with great regards.
I would have provided 5 stars had I received tracking information, or updates that flowers were delivered. It was not until the bereaved family contacted me to acknowledge flowers that I knew it had been delivered. Possibly a system glitch, but it was a bit unsettling not knowing flowers were delivered on time.
Other than this, it was a great purchase.

The bouquet was freshly assembled
The bouquet was freshly assembled, it was also on special, so it fit within my budget, arrived late evening which was okay as it was for a graduation gift for the following morning. My own reason for the 4* was because neither of the flowers had bloomed they were still in bud mood. Other than that I was still satisfied with my purchase.
