Terrible experience. Ordered back in February and just got my order. Anytime I asked for tracking information or to cancel the order they beat around the bush and told me to click a link that didn’t work. Took 4 months to get here and now the baby doesn’t fit in the clothes. Will never order again.

Had some issues with tracking and customs but Jack D helped so much in locating package and ensuring it's delivery to recipient. Super awesome and insightful throughout the whole process. Covid messed some logistics up and slowed travel times. Jack helped me get package located, secured and saw it through that we got it. Thank you so much for your help!

It takes way way too long to receive the merchandise ordered. I ordered in early June and didn’t receive the clothing until August. Will never order again.

I placed two different orders back on May 13, 2020. Part of the items just arrived a couple of days ago (today is Aug 4th). It took almost 3 months and I'm still missing 1 item. I completely understand shipping from China is beyond their control, but this is ridiculous. The items I have received are adorable, but now they are too small for my grandson, not to mention this was for a birthday gift. If you follow the tracking numbers, you will see the items just sit in China for weeks and weeks. They will show up... EVENTUALLY! The customer service is very good but, just know they have no control over your order.

I have made 2 orders with TT so far. The first one I ordered back in March prior to the pandemic starting and it came very quickly! I placed another order in June and quickly got an email that it had been sent out from the warehouse. After that I had not heard anything so I sent an email to customer service checking on my order and their response was phenomenal! They responded quickly, overly apologetic for the delays, and provided daily updates about the shipping process of my order. Even though the shipping is 100% out of their hands, they still took the time to track it down for me and give me updates on where it was and when to expect delivery. They continued to be apologetic for the delays in receiving my items despite not having any control over the people who are doing the rest of shipping and handling and pandemic delays. Will definitely be a returning customer for them having such great customer service.

I placed my very first order with TT during the beginning of the Pandemic so sadly my shipment got terribly delayed...however, I was more than impressed with how this company handled the delay. Some of the sizes I ordered no longer fit once they arrived so TT replaced those items at no charge. Their responses were almost immediate and were always super polite. Nice to work with a company who knows how to treat customers!

I ordered 2 items as gifts for a baby girl. I ordered in Mid-April and am still waiting for delivery of the second item and it’s July 18. If you order, just know the baby will be in kindergarten before they receive the items. Cute, but not worth the wait.

I ordered several items from Trendy Toddler and because CAD was behind the amount I thought it was Canadian $. When my VISA was charged it was in US $ making my order $110 instead of $85. By then there was nothing I could do. Also I thought the clothes were coming from Oregon in the USA and they came from China one piece at a time. They are cute but very cheap material.

During this pandemic, the order did take a long time , but, now that I look back I should of expected it. The company replied to every email I sent. I received my order and was very pleasantly surprised, the outfits are beyond what I expected. The size which I order which I worried about fitting my granddaughter fit perfectly. Would I order again ABSOLUTELY. I gave it 4 stars even though it is beyond their control for shipping otherwise it would of been 5

Ordered $75 worth of clothes three months ago and haven’t received any items. I sent an email and was answered that it would ship soon. Still nothing.

I have to say I’m really impressed with the customer service I received from this company and I’m really happy with all of the items. I highly recommend. Good customer care goes a long way.

Do not waste your time or money. Ordered something well over 60 days ago, and it has still not arrived. Company is not responding anymore, so I'm unsure if I'll ever get my money back.

Ordered something on April 29th. It's now june 26th and no clue when it will arrive. Very disappointed, dont order from them.

They went above and beyond with helping me when I didn't get my discount on my order. They were quick to respond and Saj was so helpful every step of the way!! I will be letting my daughter know to tell her friends (as the clothes were for my granddaughter) what cute things they have and what great customer service.

I made an order on April 27th. It is now June 16th and I still have not received my order. 50 days... no items. Don’t waste your time or money on them. If you e-mail them, you’ll get a response saying you’ll get your item in 10-25 days, but you probably won’t. You’ll also get fake tracking information. Definitely a scam.

A front for a Chinese drop shipping company.

Absolutely shocking company. The woman running it clearly has no clue how to perform the simple task of fulfilling an order, nor has any clue what’s going on in her company. After chasing twice in the month after placing and paying for an order, it still hadn’t been dispatched. When she admitted to not having the stock I asked for information on when the clothes would be with them ready to be sent out, and an estimated shipping date from that. She had no clue when she’d even get her stock. She didn’t even offer to chase her own supplier and find out, despite me asking for this. Totally incompetent, just kept responding with ‘Don’t know. Want refund?’ I told her no, I just want her to find me some simple information. I mean it’s not rocket science, if you sell someone something they want to either get it or know what’s actually going on. She eventually - a MONTH after I ordered - ignored me and refunded me. What a joke. No customer service, no ability to fill orders, no STOCK, and clearly no idea what she’s doing! Don’t waste your money and time.

Horribly cheap clothing from China. Even when on sale it’s not worth the price! Thin fabric, loose threads, no size tags or purchase tags. Don’t buy from these thieves!!
