This shop has awesome customer service! If you have any unexpected issues, they quickly reach out to resolve them. The clothes is great quality and cute for amazing prices! This is my go to shop when shopping for niece. Shipping may take a while, but the wait is definitely worth it! I recommend giving yourself a 5 week window to recieve items. My first order arrived in 4 weeks. Shipping information notes this on the account to avoid confusion! Pay attention to the ETA in "business days,"which offers an accurate time frame. Definitely not a deal breaker for me since I was well aware of the time frame my order may take BEFORE I purchased it.

My niece is usually 4T in pants/tops and 5T in dresses. The tops were the cutest oversized look. The dress ran a little bigger, but toddlers grow fast so it won't be long until she's rocking that dress.

I will definitely be buying again! Currently looking for perfect valentines outfits. ❤

Under the impression the company was here in the States, but its in China. Quality of the clothes is poor and won't be ordering here again.

I recently received my order from The Trendy Toddlers - the quality is simply superb. Though there was a slight delay in the order and we all understand this because of the COVID time. Upon chasing up with them, the team responded straight away and provided me with all the possible details. Their customer service is commendable.
I highly recommend The Trendy Toddlers.

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! TheTrendyToddlers.com is a sham. I am going on almost 2 months of no order and once I researched the "tracking" number they sent me, I noticed that there wasn't any activity updating tracking since 9 days after I placed the original order. At 1st, customer service responded to my emails within hours of my requests for more information. Once I revealed that it was obvious the order had been lost since it was over a month of Zero updates with tracking and the moment I said refund...they went radio silent! I have emailed 11 times and have finally gone to the BBB, Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. It's pretty sad you have to go through all this over $100 and the saddest part is, I was willing to wait and understood the shipping delays in our current climate. After doing more research, I saw 17 additional complaints withing the last 6 months in BBB and all similar scenarios. One even said that they are a company that does this every 9months to a year and shut down site then start again under a new company name, not saying that's true but U wouldn't be surprised. They make it very clear that they are based on Portland Oregon but turns out, they are from Shanghai. I'm so sick of anyone being able to start up a site. Where is the verification and where are the guidelines?? There needs to be a better grip on these things. So many people are being taken advantage of and having their hard earned money STOLEN. Stay tuned to Help Me Hank Channel 7 East Coast for the story they are doing soon. I am meeting with them next week. Just stay away from this company. Got to smal business mom and pop brick and mortar stores. Support the local community. Forget these thieves! Get back to supporting out own neighbors!! Truly disgusted consumer!!

Please do not act as of you are unaware of what you did. You completely ignored every single attempt I made to contact to resolve the issue with my order from the moment I said refund. It has been 2 months and the order HAS NEVER BEEN SHIPPED OR RECEIVED. The Only reason you responded and finally refunded my money was because I had to go through the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission and Attorney General. In fact, you have not one replied to any of my emails (since that's the only way we can attempt to contact you) to this day. You issued a refund within a day of the BBB contacting you regarding my complaint and never apologized, never responded to me at all and ironically enough, you now wonder why you receive 48% Bad reviews? Fix your business model and you would be fine. All you have to do is honor your end of the contract. We consumers pay you immediately and when we inquire about why we are waiting a month or more for baby clothes, you don't like the kickback and go from being a great communicating company, to ignoring your customer. Btw, you assured me with absolute certainty that my order was sent and in the USA. I ordered Sept 12th, the last update to that order was Sep 21st and that has not changed today. Of the order was absolutely on its way to me, I would have received it by now or there would have been an update. Don't respond to this, don't ask me to change my complaint. Everything I have stated is 1000% factual and the truth! I have the receipts if you want me to show the world. If you were so great at what you do, there wouldn't be close to 50% of bad reviews and 18 additional complaints to the BBB. If I were exaggerating, I would be one of the only ones with a complaint. Too late to go back now. If you responded and did what you should have, you wouldn't be in this position. Your company is terrible in my opinion and I will never buy or recommend anyone buy from you. You are doing a disservice to your employees and families who depend on working for you because you'll never survive like this. Please do not contact me again. #DoBetter!

I have not received anything from you but a headache. You may have been in business for 3 years and try to keep your customers happy but you missed the mark with me. You were absolutely wonderful in the beginning and responded to my inquiries within hours. Once the problem became evident and I mentioned the word "refund" after over a month of no change to the tracking info, you did not respond at all. If you were trying to work with me or trying to keep me as a customer, I would have never had to go through the BBB, Federal Trade Commission and Attorney General and this complaint wouldn't be here. You made a conscious decision to avoid me hoping it would fix itself or I'd give up in time. I'm one of dozens of other complaints so perhaps you should look into your customer service process. All I ever wanted was what I paid for and I never got it. Thankfully, BBB helped get me my refund. Good day! Best of luck to those who shop w you

The fact that this company insures “timely deliveries” but it’s been over a month going on two and I still haven’t received my packages. Please do not purchase anything through this company. You won’t receive anything but a friendly excuse as to why they scammed you out of your money.

Their customer service is good. They appear legit BUT they present as a US company and the shipment comes from Shanghai. Hence the incredibly long delay in getting anything. If you order anything - figure that your toddler will be a month or two older and larger by the time it is received.

I recently had my order come through with one item missing. Fortunately customer service responded the same day and followed up with me leading to the delivery of the final item. Quality of baby clothing is great, very happy with it and will likely order again. Thanks

I initially left a negative review as I had a lot of trouble getting in touch with the company re: a missing order item.
However, I had a staff member get in touch and they were very helpful, even offering to provide some replacement items when it seemed that my original item was lost in transit. :)

Amazing Customer service they got back to me so quickly like the next day of my email. Due to the start of the pandemic my items were late like 3 months and the clothes got small on my daughter. For every piece I had purchased they just sent another item of my choice and more expensive ones as well. The items come together and sometimes one by one but they will arrive. Quality is very good too very soft very light materials used. A little pricey but a must shop.

I placed an order two weeks ago and only received notification that one item had been shipped in that time. My tracking numbers were not working either. I emailed Trendy Toddlers and explained my situation. They got back to me so quickly and sorted out my tracking information. Customer service was fantastic. I’ll leave another review once I receive my items :)

I ordered the most amazing outfits online and the quality is incredible. Some of the items I was sent were the wrong size. I let the team know via email and they sent additional items in the correct size straight away. Their communication and prompt replies were amazing! I will definitely shop here again.

Quality of clothes is so bad. Their business address showed Portland, Oregon, I thought it would be coming from the States. When I received it, material of clothes is terrible. Size too small. Tags on clothes was in Chinese. So I'm guessing that it came from China. Not saying everything from China is poor quality, but this was. I am requesting a refund. A lot of reviews mentioned long delivery time, that was expected since at check-out it mentioned the ETA. The material for these clothing should be mentioned!

Trendy Toddlers has an outstanding service. Their efficiency and professionalism is on another level. I had ordered about seven items and received my order with one item shipped separately. Due to the pandemic it seems it never reached my nearest post office. Jack D and his team were so helpful in trying to find options to get my replacement order shipped to me and unfortunately South Africa has temporarily suspended shipping rights therefore I am awaiting my refund which has been processed already. Thank you Trendy Toddlers you are the best. I cannot wait to have your shipping rights restored in my country again because I am definitely hooked.
