If I could give zero stars, I would. The problems I’ve had with The Trendy Toddlers are numerous, from shipping issues, to poor quality clothes. The clothes were supposedly shipped just a few days after purchase but the package never progressed beyond the initial shipping receiver. It was a scam. After many emails, excuses, and requests to “give them a chance” I did further research and discovered that the package was NEVER shipped, at least not from Portland, Oregon. The things I was told about a ripped package, etc were not true. I finally received the clothes after nearly a month and they are of the poorest quality. The sizing is definitely not comparable to the sizing used in the US. The material is scratchy and I can’t even determine what kind of material was used. A pair of shorts are sheer and can be seen through. I can’t read the tags as they are written in another language. I have requested to initiate a return and get a refund but they still want to “make it right” which I’ve learned is nothing more than a tactic to put you off. The only thing that will make it right is to get a refund.

Poor quality. The waist band was one that will twist with use. Also, fabric inferior. I bought for a shower but am too embarrassed to give this outfit as a gift considering it’s quality. I won’t buy from Trendy Toddlers again.

Adorable and great quality clothes for a great price! I have had a few mishaps in my orders (missing items, shipping delays when Covid first started) but the customer service team is amazing and rectified the problem within hours of messaging them. I’ll continue ordering for sure :)

All the clothes are really cute and on trend. Had a little mishap regarding the shipping. Half of my package was lost in transit, but I had a very kind gentlemen named Jack personally work on getting the problem fixed. He had the shipping department ship out 3 new outfits. I was upset at first, but Jack worked very hard on fixing the problem. Very thankful for him.

Amazing customer service! One of my items was lost by USPS and Trendy Toddlers went over the top to make sure I received my item. Many companies are unresponsive to emails and lack any form of customer service skills so this experience was extremely refreshing. Thank you Trendy Toddlers! Will definitely order will you again in the future.

I have now ordered with Trendy Toddlers twice! The first time was for my cousins daughter. The clothes were great quality and arrived way quicker than I expected. It was April of 2020 when covid was heavily impacting delivery times. The second time was recently for my sister in laws daughter. One outfit of the four I ordered arrived. The delivery email from Trendy Toddlers listed an email to reach out to should you have any issues. I quickly emailed them for an update on the other three outfits, as I know it’s common to not get all outfits in one delivery. Jack quickly responded and provided me all the tracking information for the other outfits. Jack was amazing! His customer service skills and quick responses made this “issue” not an “issue”. Things happens and I understand that, I just want a quick and respectful response, which is exactly what Jack provided. I will 100% order from Trendy Toddlers again! Thank you, Jack!!!!

Excellent customer service. Jack went above and beyond fixing an issue with my order. All items received were true to the photo and great quality for the price. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with The Trendy Toddlers team and product. Their team is honest and trustworthy. Customer service has been extremely responsive and respectful when I've had any questions. The quality of their clothing does not disappoint, very cute and so far durable! Thank you to The Trendy Toddlers! I'll definitely be a returning customer.

I recently purchased 3-4 items from Trendy Toddlers. The bits online look ok and it's not so cheap that you question if it's going to be abysmal quality.

However, upon receiving the goods (in time I will say) the quality was really quite poor. The materials are nowhere near the softness that you would require for young babies and the outfits themselves are a pale imitation of the pictures on the site.

I decided to email for a return and they got back to me quite quickly (communication is why this isn't just 1 star). However, the communication was severely dragged out and I had to ask directly for a return address on 3 separate occasions before they finally yielded and stopped attempting to negotiate replacements or other means (even they don't want their clothes).

Anyway, the chap on the email gave a return address of AMERICA. The returns address on the package was clearly UK so this was tantamount to scaremongering in order to prevent people returning goods for a refund as the cost of posting back would likely exceed the refund amount. I raised this as an issue and sent clear pictures (as apparently they don't believe your word) and I finally had an email back from a manager to say my items were fully refunded and I did not need to return at all.

Whilst this was a fair outcome and my issue was resolved, I should not have had to send 6-8 emails over the course of a week to achieve it, with my initial requests completely ignored to refund. Customer service, whilst polite, is essentially a waste of your time. I wouldn't recommend ordering.

I ordered two items in one order, one arrived which was very poor quality and the other didn’t arrive. I asked to return the first item and cancel the 2nd item and they dispatched the 2nd item anyway but it never arrived. I have asked for a refund but they say I have to wait to see if it arrives. It has been over 2 months since I placed the order. Do not order from these people you are wasting your money and your time. UPDATE - Since posting this review I was contacted very quickly and refunded my money and offered some ‘free’ clothes as a gesture of goodwill. The clothes arrived but the quality is still poor I’m afraid e.g material feels cheap and doesn’t hold its shape, no labels to instruct on washing and hems were frayed. I have also been inundated with emails asking me to remove my review but I said that I would only amend my review as I believe reviews are important for other buyers to be aware of good or bad service so that they can make up their own mind before making a purchase. It is clear to me that had I not posted my original review I would still be waiting for my order/ refund. My view of this company has not changed.

I regret the time I didn't shop at trendy toddlers. Honestly the range they have is fantastic. Its got a wide range of individualised styles for your little one at a great price. I started shopping on here about a month ago and I've received great quality items the shoes especially, are better quality than baby boutiques for a third of the price. I was sceptical about buying items off here as I haven't had experience but I got my items in the expected timing, customer service was great and responsive and the clothes I've received are good quality, styles you won't find elsewhere. I'll definitely be continuing to shop here.

My order ended up being delivered to an incorrect address but Jack from the customer service team was beyond incredible while helping me resolve the issue. He was willing to let me pick a new outfit and The Trendy Toddlers would cover the cost of shipping, however I requested a refund instead, to which they were more than happy to accommodate. I have multiple little cousins that I shop for constantly, so I'm excited to support this business in the future.

There was an issue with order not being delivered. The customer service team took care of it right away. Once we were able to fix the issue and I received my order I could not be more happy with my purchase. Great quality.

I needed to change the delivery address and sent an email. They responded right away and were more than happy to take care of it. I got a lovely note confirming my request. It was nice to get that level of customer service!

My order was delivered the wrong address, however the staff made it up to me and were great with getting back to me quickly. The clothes are fantastic and have some different styles than other sites.

Cute styles. The two sweaters I got were absolutely darling! However, I'm giving a 3.5 star review because of the shipping time and the lack of a clothing tag/ description on the clothing tag. You really don't know what fabric it is, size, or the washing instructions.  I would like to add that the customer service is excellent, and are easy to work with. So if you have any questions on the clothing, I'm sure they would help with that.

The pictures of the clothes are adorable however after FINALLY (took 2 months) receiving most of my $250.00 order, I found the quality poor..the items are made of very thin, flimsy material and most severely shrink in the wash. The company still owes me a full refund for an out of stock item. They only sent a partial refund. Items are shipped from China. My daughter ordered an item and the snaps on the jumper were attached backwards on the strap. I continue to await my full refund and my daughter is awaiting a refund as well.
Update...the company did issue a full refund for the out of stock item...I did not realize the item had been discounted. Unfortunately the rest of my comments regarding the poor quality remains. I should have read the Better Business Bureau complaints before ordering.

Update: My daughter did receive a full refund for the cheap, damaged item she waited 2 months for. I have had several more contacts with this company. I informed them that if they really want to be honest, they should post that the washing instructions for most of the infant clothes say "professional dry clean "and "do not tumble dry".
Really??? these are clothes for 3-6 month old infants. They responded by telling me that all the labels are in error and their vendors made a mistake...they also tried to tell me the content blends of the items which is clearly not anything like the flimsy cotton and cheap 100percent polyester items I received. So far the company has sent me voluminous emails explaining that they did contract with vendors sending out poor quality items and that they did have to ship from China during the pandemic, and that they did make a mistake with the care labels in clothes and they are fixing all these things and they want to send me items or I should return all of these cheap misrepresented things for a refund. Somehow this company writes back saying..You should have told us about this, but we already knew there was a problem and now that you complained we will try to fix it because you spent "your hard earned money" with us. I have told them I threw out or donated the items and suggested they refund my payment with whatever they think is reasonable (for the 2 month delay, the poorly made items made out of cheap material with dry clean only labels ). I have also told them to stop emailing me with "heartfelt" excuses for poor business practice and poor quality items.

Last update: Just read the response from the "team"....Totally untrue that I did not email REPEATEDLY about unacceptable delays, etc. They certainly know that I did email them because each time I received a long flowery excuse email from them. Their deceptive response to this review seems to be typical of their business model. I do not have time or inclination to post anything further or have any further interactions with this "team". Last words: Buyer Beware!!!

Absolutely great company to deal with. The customer service was awesome. Responded quickly and was able to help right away.
