I stumbled upon this website while looking for a gift for my niece. The quality of the clothing is great & all of the outfits are just adorable. After receiving my order I realized they sent the wrong outfit. Mistakes happen and I totally get it but Jack (the representative I spoke with) was extremely helpful & his immediate responses allowed us to resolve this situation very quickly. Trendy Toddlers will definitely be my first stop when it comes to purchasing clothing!

I purchased an item which needed to be replaced. I contacted customer service and worked with Jack D., he was absolutely fabulous. I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences to date.

Have ordered twice from Trendy Toddler. The clothes are very good quality. Had a couple of short sets that were too small. They worked with us to help get us an exchange quickly and with such grace and kindness. I highly recommend The Trendy Toddlers.

Was very happy with my purchase. Would order again from this merchant. I gave it 4 stars only because the item didn’t arrive in time as I had expected.

I recently purchased some items as a gift for my nephew. I haven't seen them yet so i don't know the quality but i wanted to write about the customer service because i was very impressed. I accidentally put the recipient's email address instead of my own and reached out to customer service. I got a response immediately and it was a human person who could talk and understand. She explained the situation and what she could do to solve it and was pleasant the whole time. Even wrote back to me a second time. I really appreciate service like this as i know others do so it was worth noting. And the clothes look so cute, i can't wait to see them. My only wish is that this site catered to gift giving a bit more. Unless i missed some options which is quite possible

I ordered Christmas gifts for my granddaughters and had a missing item. I contacted the company and received a response same day. They tracked the order which took days but continued to keep me updated. The item shipped and was lost in the mail. I can’t say enough about this company and the customer service I received. My purchase is on it’s way. Didn’t make it for Christmas but I felt the Christmas spirit from all the communications I received from the employees at this company. Thank you for taking such good care of your customers.

Not only are the clothes freaking adorable, they’re comfortable and seem to be good quality. The biggest praise I have is there personal customer service. One of my orders was missing an item so I reached out and they apologized and told me to send them a screenshot and size of whatever I wanted to replace it with free expedited shipping and then followed up to make sure I was happy. You never experience that kind of customer service anymore especially from an online company. I’ll definitely continue to order from them! Can’t recommend them enough!

Warning, sizes shipped are Chinese and the U.S. equivalent is not received. Too small. While their customer service makes it sound like they want to help, They repeatedly delay with questions and never address the issue or provide return instructions. You will have timezone delays, if you get a response.

When I placed my initial order, I accidentally ordered 3 of the same item. Jack immediately responded to my email and ensured the duplicated items were exchanged for something else. Once I received the items, the sizing was incorrect (partial customer error as well), and Jack once again proceeded to assist to ensure I received the correct sizes. The experience with Trendy Toddlers has been smooth and seamless with exceptional customer service. Thank you for your help Jack!

I use Trendy Toddlers for every occasion to dress my little one, huge range, the coolest and cutest lines of clothes. Sizing charts are accurate and international postage is super quick. Absolutely love them!

I received wrong size for my order, however, their quick to reply and correct the problem. I was pleased with their customer service.

I cannot say enough about this company, I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this company. The customer service I received was excellent. I ordered a lot of things for my daughter but the sizing just wasn't right for a few of the items. I reached out to customer service, they reached back out to me ASAP and came up with the resolution and refunded back to me the whole amount of my purchases. I could not thank them enough, I asked how do I go about returning the items that didn't fit, and I was advised that I can keep the items and donate them to someone who is in need and on top of that they sent me a code for 25% off for my next purchase. I do have to say just the sizing was off on the items, but the quality of the items is great, the items that did fit my daughter are beautiful and the quality is very nice.
I want to thank Jack and Amber with the company for helping me out and being so kind and considerate. I will be buying from this company again.

Don’t ever order from this company!! I ordered some outfits from trendy toddlers for a friend and unfortunately it never reached the designation. After dealing with the courier for a few days trying to retrieve the package. We reached out to trendy toddlers to explain our situation. they offered to resend the products again through the USPS. Which I did not agree with because it was lost the first time through the USPS. So, I asked for a refund on my order because it never made it to the designation with the courier they provide and they did not offer at checkout any other courier. Now, they are saying I need a waybill to receive a refund. Mind you I live in a different state I sent the package too. Im Completely disappointed and at this point reading everyone else’s reviews I regret purchasing from this company. Don’t waste your time or money!!!

I’m from Europe and the customer support there is not even close to The Trendy Toddler company’s.
