Great customer service. I ordered 8 items from their site and only two arrived at first. After sending an email I received a prompt response acknowledging my concern and was sent tracking links for all my other items. Within 2 days I had all 8 items and customer service kept checking in to make sure they all arrived. Overall, shipping time was very quick to Canada and items arrived well packaged. As for the clothing I am very happy with sizing and quality. I will be ordering again in the future!

This company is on top of things! I made an error with my Christmas order and the company emailed me back within 12 hours (at 6 in the morning) to confirm that they corrected the error and that they were processing my order. Now that is real time! I will definitely order with them again. Great Customer service is hard to find these days.

I realized after placing my order I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed them the next morning and they quickly responded they would gladly change the size! Recently discovered this store and they are now a preferred shop for me. Highly recommend!

Incredible Experience with Trendy Toddler customer service. I received a gift for my newborn that was missing one of the items and the Trendy Toddler team responded immediately with feedback and credits to get whatever we wanted from the site to make up for the mistake. So happy with Trendy Toddlers customer service. I ordered a pants and top set for our granddaughter. When it came, the quality was great but I thought the sizing was off for a 9-12 month old. The pants were way too long, perhaps more suited to a toddler than a 9 month old. I contacted Jack at TT who is replacing the much too long pants for me with an appropriate size. The set is fine quality and very cute. I've never had as quick and effective response from a customer service dept like this and am so pleased. Will be ordering more from this company.

I ordered a summer clothing set for my 2 y/o grandson. It was adorable, but I felt the sizing was not true. The customer service person (Jack) couldn't have been more helpful. After a photo I provided and some discussion, he ordered me a replacement outfit and very kindly sent it directly to my grandson, at a different shipping address from the original. Jack was so helpful, responded quickly, and both I and my grandson's mom were very pleased with the replacement! You don't get customer like this every day. I would recommend Trendy Toddlers and will definitely order from them again

The team was super responsive and easy to communicate with. They were so kind in letting me keep the item that didnt work for me while offering to let me pick something out from their site that did.

I love Trendy. The items are unique and beautifully made. The pricing is great. I’ve washed the clothes and they stayed in shape, kept the colors and material in tact. I mean everything I’ve received from this place was pleasant. I emailed customer service about an issue I was having, Jack responded within 24 hours and resolved my issue same day!

I am over the top pleased with the quality of clothing I ordered/received and equally pleased with the customer service. My order came in two shipments. When I didn't receive all the items with the first shipment, they responded to my email immediately. I will definitely be ordered again.

I ordered a cute rainbow dress for my granddaughter's 1st birthday. We received notification that it was delivered; however, it never made it to our house. I quickly emailed Trendy Toddlers to see if they could possibly expedite another delivery to my office. Jack D was very helpful in getting another dress delivered in time! We all enjoyed the rainbow themed party with this very cute dress!

By far the worst company I have ever bought from. They are drop shippers from china. They sent me 1/10 items and it is horrible quality and it took a month- from a US shipper how is that possible?

Anyways, I wish I saw they were scammers before buying from them! I didn’t google because their instagram had a ton of followers- turns out they are all bought and there are 0 comments on any photos.

Buy from Shein- it will arrive in the same amount of time and cost a fraction of what these scammers charge.

If they don’t give me a refund I’m going to dispute with my credit card and file a case.

Customer service is helpful. Items received were as pictured.

Bought a few sets of sweaters and short/shirts combinations for our boy. Not only we had to wait for two weeks for delivery, but the clothes are horrid. Pure polyester! When they are labeled, they will indicated the wrong mix. Example: we received a 95% cotton, 5% polyester shirt that is no less than 60% polyester. Really shiny and have a plastic feel.
When I checked their website I've noticed the composition is not listed for most (all?) garments.
Sent all for a refund. Don't trust them.
