The items I received are so cute! I ended up ordering the wrong size of shoes and the customer service was so good and quick to respond and they sent me an additional smaller pair!

Sometimes, packages get misplaced when being delivered and this is what happened to me. I reached out to Trendy Toddlers and their response was timely. After following their advise, I found the package! The company was kind and not dismissive. The clothing items are very good quality! My sweet grandson is going to love the cap and the adults will love seeing him comfy in the sweatshirt. I will shop with Trendy Toddler again!

horrible material and it takes forever and if you return it you have to pay for it ,,and the material is so cheap made very disappointed and they give you a string of material to wrap around the baby's head for a head band horrible..

I received a shirt that unfortunately was ruined from the paper in the package, that stuck to the logo. I reached out to customer service and they replied immediately, offered assistance on how to fix it and then sent a replacement when it was unable to be fixed. The clothes were adorable and arrived quickly! I will be returning to purchase more!

Just got my shipping confirmation. Items are being shipped from Wuhan, China. Hell no. Will be sending back or eating the $150. There is no way my niece is wearing these clothes, and no way I am even dealing with this package.

Edit: they saw my review and searched for my emails and found them in their spam folder. They emailed me, apologized and immediately issued me a refund. For that I have added one star. The product was still in terrible condition and the only reason they got in touch with me is because of the negative review I left.

Original review: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Complete scam. The outfit I received was literally falling apart, and I have emailed them 3 times about getting a refund with no response. This company is an abomination and I am shocked it still exists.

Beautiful, well made baby abd toddler clothing for a great price! I purchased an Easter dress for my granddaughter but my daughter already had a similar so asked me to return for something else. I call their customer service line several times to no success (they were working on that) so I emails and got an immediate response. Customer service rep. was wonderful and had me send her replacement and again an immediate response! I will be telling many of my friends and family about this online store for such beautiful, stylist clothing!!! Thank you Trendytoddler!

I ordered a pair of baby shoes (Postage-Free!) thru The Trendy Toddlers to be sent to an African address that did not fit the format of the order form. It turned out to be a long and involved process. I asked so many questions, I was feeling embarrassed. They were so cordial, and held my hand the whole way through. It's a shame more companies don't offer this kind of service in this day and age.

I recently had an order of 6 clothing sets and I had only received 5 of them. I had immediately reached out by email to ask if the item was lost or if it accidentally didn't get shipped and they got back to me very quick. Unfortunately they didn't have the set I had originally ordered in stock anymore (and a few others I had asked about), but we finally found one they had in stock and they were also able to update the name and the address on the package as well since we needed that done. But overall, they were very fast and efficient and communication was great.

The quality of the clothes is abysmal and you will pay out of your own pocket to send items back to them.

ONLY RECEIVED A PARTIAL ORDER. MY ORDER NUMBER IS 56614. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REMAINDER OF THE ORDER? WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE FLARED PANTS EASTER BABY SET 0-3 M AND THE LONG SLEEVE PINK BUNNY POLKA DOT BABY SET 3-6 M

Shockingly poor quality. The material feels plasticky, even if the poorly translated (“wash separately professional recommended”) and suspiciously non-standard labels say otherwise (or that 97% cotton must be of such low quality that it is unrecognisable). The items are made in China. Watch out because as I have just found out from their policy they don’t refund items on sale.

I placed an ordered on Dec 11 for an outfit for my daughter for Christmas, as it got closer to the holiday, I still had not received the order. I emailed and received a response within 12 hours that was kind and thoughtful. Unfortunately I did not receive my item in time, because of the holiday craziness at the post office. When I emailed to ask for a refund, not only did I receive another quick response. I was offered to keep the item and choose another item at no additional cost. I could have also taken the return option if that was my preference. I have been so pleased with the generous customer service and the quick responses to inquiries. I will be recommending this site to my friends and family with young kids.

I ORDERED THIS ITEM THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AVAILABLE BEFORE CHRISTMAS BUT IT DIDN'T COME UNTIL AFTER. I FOUND IT DECEPTIVE SINCE IT INDICATING IT WAS COMING FROM GRAPEVINE TX MADE ME FEEL IT WAS A U.S. DEALER WHEN IN REALITY IS WAS COMING FROM OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND GRAPEVINE WAS JUST A PROCESSING LOCATION. I don't know if the clothes for because it will be over a month before I will see my daughter to give them to her for her daughter and have her try them on.
